Hi TF.
My limit orders for shorting DAX and NQ was too high, missed NQ for "just" 6 points. Maybe we will get some up move on the open.

totally missed the move, furious... well, at least I have some /ES and /NQ spreads, ain't much of a comfort... The biggest 15m bar on /NQ for a long time.

TWTR has same potential for a good move after market closes, towards the end of trading session might take a strangle 4 strikes away if the math is correct

Another FOMC induced "V" reversal?
Market is oversold and there comes FOMC to the rescue. OR it is just a pullback, sit tight and watch closely.

Overslept by like half an hour and got filled at the open for QQQ, IWM, SPY short call spreads ... . Shortly thereafter in DIA short call spread, only to have the markets bounce shortly thereafter. Yeesh. That's okay, though; went in relatively small to keep powder dry for Sep 11 expiry weeklies when they become available ... . Hopefully, some of this volatility is still there; it's ebbed from the indices since open ... .

Did get a UVXY short put vert filled (Aug 14 22.5/25.5) for 1.10 on this dip along with an SVXY short call vert (Aug 21 96.5/99.5) for .94; what the hell, play both sides of the coin ... .

Having already gotten out of the short put side of my AMZN earnings play (for .05 db), I took off the short call side for basically scratch, basically netting me 1.85 db for a 3.63 credit trade. Glad to see the back side of that ... . I'm 4/4 with the earnings plays I put on (AAPL, GPRO, SBUX, and AMZN), but still think they're not worth it from a strictly psychological standpoint ... .
Fireworks are fun ... as long as you don't blow your fingers off.
