yes, after eat i drink salt water from shell get the control chemicals, so that body can process the fruit properly.
Thats why i no get heaty effects even ate daily for 2 weeks.

These days gets a little tingley legs , probably because very high blood sugar.
esp the hybrid small seed varieties.
But is ok, i control with bitter gourd.

seems these days i can feel my blood sugar without using test.

hihi, i suggest u learn English because the intended meanings gets lost in translations most of the time. Furthermore, if the translator has no understanding of the subject being discussed, what you get is word for word translation which just makes things worst.

Thank you for your serious study.
I keep thinking how to get the ideas over for few hours already.
Only way i think may have way forward is that, if you can find friends who speaks your language and who understands the thread have discussions in your native language.

Much that i like help, but is beyond me.
Also do realise that some talk are technical financial terms so is requires some trading backgrounds understand.
Also some are just casual chit chat.
The basic modus operadi is in the about first 200 pages of the thread.

Hi.... get a demo account at first. Look for strong push and pull back..... enter lone scout to get feel ... if it feels good enter more trades (attack) if not think rescue (more trades) in same direction or different direction ..... watch out for big news as it can kill you....... Let market teach you and slowly learn trading and English. It is a long journey. But it is your journey and you need to go on it.... no-one can do it for you.

Read thread slowly as you trade..... you really must trade it to learn. I still read thread and go back over it lots as my understanding/feeling has changed. I think many others have been on here and worried about English but struggled on with it....so you can do it too for sure...

You must read the Art of War.

Currency is getting stronger EUR or USD??


If I am watching a CHART of EUR/USD, so

if one was a professional, we normally talk in USD terms.
Thats because if you are old school like me , during our time everything was quoted usd vs currency.
Only exception was cable and aud. But we still talk usd terms.
The world had changed, but old habits die hard.
During our time when you say eurodollars, you talking about usd deposits held outside usa.

The new generation, they talk funny.

Everybody likes buy high sell low? why?
when was shooting up like rocket,everyone rushing to buy. no one wanted to sell.
when is crashing everyone wants to sell, no one buying.
the peeps so ill educated. Thats not a market, is 2 way stempedes.
Those were the days when trends takes time develop.
These days tech has allow for everybody stempede at the same time.

i would say the clever ones was selling when was shooting up.
and now cash is king waiting for the falling knife hit something hard.

the pegs of the systemic core is carbon copy of the fiat papers.
is broken, systemic failure. speculation only without limits.
when one builds premium without value and intrinsic only then this sort rubbish can happens.
no free market checks and balances?

We used to value volatility by 5-20% ANUALLY.
now is in a day. where did they go to school?
seems old school and new school is very different animals.
I suspect collaterised ownerships. If its true, best pray no one's margin call points trrigers.
Then surely market meltdowns.
how else if volatility continues overheat like this, overheat is understatement.
one day overheat up , next overheat down. just crazy stempede.
Maybe those oprating the machinery should read their manual.

I learn only one thing from him and you may need to learn too.

If ....
a positive figure is good for a currency,
when the FORECAST is expected to be greater than the previous,
if the ACTUAL figure is very lesser than the FORECAST and the PREVIOUS
you will have quick drop in the price and vice versa.
