DeaR Exness , I hope you did added NZDCHF and NZDCAD for many of that needed for combination of popular currency , And GBPNZD spread is average from 12 to 14 pips , That is too much for popular symbol , Please consider much lower spread to reasonable spread , Again PLEASE , Thanks , T12

Unfortunately, the list of available symbols has not been renewed yet.

According to our Contract specifications the Mini account has 30-point GBPNZD average spread, but usually it is much lower equalling about 10-14 pips. I will consult our Technical department for further details and get back to you as soon as I get any information.

After trying to close orders in Gbp the platforms froze.
Both real 4 and real 2 were not responding, both crashed and orders could not be closed .
Very professional service.

10 min later and many pips away the platforms start working and we're greeted by a nice line of requotes

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I would like to know if there were any more orders that were affected by the issues you have raised except for those in the screen shot? Please reply here or send a letter to [email protected].

As for now, I will use the information you have provided to request our technical specialists to see into what could have happened that resulted in you being unable to manage your trading in MT4.

I would appreciate if you provided the Exness-Real4 account number and the log files for that account on the day when you were experiencing troubles closing orders.

It will help our specialists provide a exhaustive reply to the issue you have raised.

In the meantime, if the case has not been caused by a server error, which we are checking is true or not, you may want to consider taking some of these steps to reduce the number of re-quotes:

1. Check the stability of your internet connection;
2. Use our free VPS (in case you use an EA);
3. Set maximum deviation;
4. Check the settings of your EA (in case there is possibility of the EA being set incorrectly);
5. Hide all the instruments from Market watch that you do not use for trading and remove the charts for those instruments;
6. Use pairs with market execution (if that is applicable to your trading strategy);
7. Refrain from trading on volatile market (if that is applicable to your trading strategy).

Hi,
I would like to find out, is there any way to get quotes history before year 2012 on daily, weekly and monthly charts because non of my charts on real ECN account is before May, 2012 and here - https://www.exness.com/history_quotes/ it seems that there are no history before 2012.
I am interested in quotes on EUR/USDe, GBP/USDe, AUD/USDe, NZD/USDe, USD/CADe, USD/JPYe quotes on daily, weekly and monthly chart dating back to 1995. Is there any chance to get them?
Any help will be highly appreciated!

Btw, it fortunately doesn't affect any on my trade.
Just ulter curious as other brokers doesn't have this spike.

I had same problem in past, and couldn't get it fixed. not only that, even the data in history center of Exness had plenty holes in it, thus made backtesting inaccurate and useless.
Your best bet to DL another broker's MT4 where there is sufficient data, and do your testing there.
there is always, always another trade!!

and thank you for your question.

At the moment there is no way to obtain the quotes earlier than 2012 as we do not store them on the servers in order not to overload the servers.

However, I will request our technical specialists to think if it can be changed.

Whatever the result is, you will be the first to know.

I might did in the past, in any case, there is a reference to this on this or the other Exness thread, by me, maybe couple months earlier.
As far as I remember back there was days when hours were missing, in inconsistent fashion, M5 chart. But lets just be for start that right now is ONLY year 2015 accessible, if you try to get quote history for M1, M5, M15,M30 timeframes, and that is the most common EurUsd pair!! That is nonsense!
Since I left Exness recently enough, due other issues, I wont go and do research again on this.
However it is just fair to steer a fellow trader away from the frustration that Exness's history center, and support staff caused when I tried to do my bit more depth research on history, and found that history center sucks in the form it is. I wont name the other broker now, I used to use before Exness, only to say I ended up DLing back their MT4, where backtesting or getting correct data was not pain in the xss.
there is always, always another trade!!

I appreciate your help in the matter and will have to do my own research to spot 'the holes' if any.

As for the quotes history, it really is only 2015 for M30 and less. I will see if it is possible to extend it to the time earlier than 2015.

and thank you for waiting.

We have made an inquiry concerning your request. The liquidity provider that sent us the quotes which later seemed to have formed a spike reported that the price was non-market. Following their reply we have removed the spike from the EURUSDe chart and are ready to help anyone who had their trades executed at the spike.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused and once again thank Hairi for bringing this matter to my attention.

Is there any possible in ways for an order to close instant without hit SL / TP or manually close? Please see an attached file to help you illustrate what was happened.

While I tested my strategy via Exness ECN demo account yesterday I found an expected of closed order without my permission. This buy order opened on July 31, 2015 / 13:09:27 at the price of 1.10669 and closed on 13:30:15 at the price of 1.11033. I tried to investigate further on any possible ways for them to close and here is my own conclusion

- I set 30 pips as stop loss and 150 pips as take profits. Even I use a seprate EA to trail after specific breakeven point but neither of them were moved when the order closed. So this order wasn't closed by hit SL / TP.

- Since my demo account has a millions of dollar in it so just a lot of 10 wouldn't cause a stopped out due to margin call.

- I didn't install any custom script to set any hotkeys for close order. There was no possible to close that instant with any key-press.

- I have Quickdeal (made by Tradersway) script to help in buy / sell order quicker than the normal process. While it has a button to close all order but they do not work that instant. They always came with a prompt before I can get all of them close. So the order wasn't closed by this one.

- There are x button next to an opened order. However to close them you have to be aware of it because you have to move a cursor to that tiny spot and got an order close. I didn't remember that I clicked them at all.

Per the situation I explained it was a profit. This incident could considered as a savior because the next bar (at 1 hour chart) the price was suddenly dropped out and went against my long order. However this would go against me either if I was in a ride on profits and got stopped out without reason.

Back to my question at the beginning of this post. I still cannot decide for 100% sure if an order was closed instant by error on your side. However as far as I could investigate and explained above. I cannot find a proper reason how the order was closed that instant. It might be fault at my end but I couldn't really remember if I were the one who close it manually.

Your help in this would be much appreciate. Thank you.

I appreciate your cooperation as you have made your own analysis before contacting me for further inquiries.

According to your description, the order indeed could not have closed at TP as the TP was set 150 pips away from the open price and the real close price was just under 40 pips away from 1.10669. And by 1 pip I mean 0.00010.

Now, in order to check the issue I would be grateful if you could provide your account number and the log files that have information concerning the order. The log files can be found by clicking 'File' in MT4, then 'Open Data Folder' and 'logs'.
