I think the trend has changed to long, till the end of this year.

the green channel is the up channel for the rest of this year. This current up trend is a retrace of the last down trend from about 1.4, with a retrace target of about 50% to 62%.

the whole last two weeks look like consolidation in the middle of Greece drama. There is no defined down swing in the last two weeks.

your target is too close to the year PP ... I have an ascending triangle ... which is a bull structure but..we have to wait to see the result.

So if all is following along my expectations along to cold war on Russia (call in 2014), BOJ QE (2013, 2014), ECB QE, SNB rate cut, Swiss gold referendum fail, FED QE3...so far my track record on fundies is alright, Greece default is next in line, along with FED hiking.

Have only one bigger, but not leveraged strategic short position open. Will not hurt much, when it goes towards 1.15 (or higher) eventually.

I am short EU and short on Dax as well (wanted to exit Dax but could not on Friday, will hang-on for a while), only small positions. Yes referendum can go either way and if it is 'yes' we can see a relief rally but think it will be short-lived as there will be uncertainly following! Even after a yes, there is lot of work to be done and to be honest, damage has already been done! it is just a cover-up of stupid/incompetent politicians, it is hard to public to understand the complex issues involved.

Ye thats possibly right. In either case vote will be very tight, looking forward for ZH posting manipulation on voting-Scotland scenario.
