Bids are Buy order by Liquidity providers or banks, bids usually shows where big buy orders are in the market.

Offers: are sell order by LPs and shows big sell orders.
these wont mean that you should keep buying and selling at these levels, but when you look at these prices on your charts you see great trading opportunities.
you can use these as your stop and targets and in the room we give out bids and offers that changes when market changes.
sometimes It's too fast to type it in here.

I only post trades which has expiry for me to either enter or exit the trade.this way you have time to react to it in this forum.

guys remember these gap downs caused by news and I think central bank will intervene and close the gap that's why we go with it, and then after the gap closed , people say screw the central bank and push it down. exactly like last week.
