Looking for Fractal Breakout EA

Does anyone have or know where I can find Fractal breakout expert advisor : EA will place a buy stop at the upper fractal and sell stop at the lower fractal .

this EA is using the MT4 Fractal indicator .

not to argue about the code, but just want to point out that the fractals can form multiple times on the same side, perfectly being valid.
it is all about the formation that 5 candle forms.

When two fractals come together (but the level of these fractals must be the same), it will buy if the price comes to the same area for the 3rd time.
or vice versa
When two fractals come side by side, it will sell if the price comes to the same region for the 3rd time.
I am looking for such an expert. Is there any help?

---Can someone write Fractal Indicator that will send alerts for fractals just outside bolinger bands. i have 1 that works for all fractals. So just to add this option just fractal outside bolinger?
