the offers at 1.1325 the held it great and ran it down 13 to 15 pips, finally they let it go, now we are sitting at 1.1330 looks like a good short. but i have to wait abit longer

here is the scenario on my side, if at exactly 3:15 EST price holds between 1.1335 and 1.1327 i will go short, lots of offers.
emmmmmm looks like everyone got ran over by the buss. that's why patience is very critical.

Some trades may happen fast so don't panic, there will be lots of trades you can take that you will have enough time to react to it.
I just closed some off the table and move to breakeven

Nice drop about 15 pips trade went against us by only 2 pips, now we moved to break even and let the rest unfold i said this when we were sitting at 1.1330 orders were stacking , i knew some people may run it up to just take out short orders, then run it down again to 1.1330

Would you mind tell us what are usual size that you see on the bid and ask on EUR/USD ??

What would be a considerable size that you start paying attention ??
What would be an average size ??
What would be a small size ??

Also, why were you moved to commercial member ??

If we get another run up to 1.1355 i short again orders stacking big time there. keep in mind i cancel it if we don't get there in another 5 min

what are usual size that you see on the bid and ask on EUR/USD ? it would be anywhere between 100000 to 1 yard

What would be a considerable size that you start paying attention ?? if i catch anything above 100 mill then i start paying attention see whose trying to stack their orders.
you see the problem is once your account goes above certain amount it's hard to get filled on that price then you need to use other LPs to execute if you want the exact price. like for example some LP like routers they own the EURUSD 80% market share.so if a firm get a big order to fill it gets split between their traders to fill the order.lets say they get about 1 yard to fill( 1 billion) then you start seeing 80 to 100 million clips on top of each other, which everyone will follow unless another firm has the exact opposite view of the other firm.

What would be a small size ?? i don't pay attention to small sizes. these go to our software to see the accumulation of these orders.

why were you moved to commercial member ?? I have no clue maybe they think I'm selling something.Just wanna have fun here share my thoughts.

It's hard to trade and post at the same time but Don't worry there is lots of trades that you get about 3 to 5 minutes to react to it.

Sure i keep you posted on GBP/USD do you need bids and offers levels.since i barly trade GBPUSD i wont be able to give you any trades on it, we are in the process of testing GBPUSD and GBPJPY, we getting a much greater success WITH GY but need another 2 months of testing before i would be able to give you exact trades on them.

Thanks for the reply.Keep posting -I will follow you calls on EUR/USD.As far as I understand you set you SL at 10 pips and your TP is also 10 pips.If the price moves against you, you scale your position out.Did you leave some of your trade to run for more pips or you set you R:R ratio to 1:1?

This is how i Trade.

Once i enter the market i set my stop anywhere between 5 to 10 pips.
I have 4 targets first is 10 second target is 20 , third target is 30 and last target is 50 pips.

This was I'm able to milk the cow as much as i can. I move my stop to break even as soon as first target is hit.so i can get free money on the rest.
so i dont care is anyone use a percentage of their account or fix lots, the only thing is you have to have a set money management formula and follow it as if your life is depended on it.

How to manage your trades

I would like to let everyone know how i trade so keep this in mind while trading.
trading is very simple but for some reasons people like to make it complicated adding many lines or indicators on their charts and try to beat the market.
Trading is simple if you make it complex i grantee you lose soon.
Remember trading is 80% psychological and only 20% is technical out of that 20% another 18% is money management and only 2% is what you know about the market and how to trade it , when and where.after all these i'm surprised why so many people do the exact opposite.

So here is what i do everyone.

I trade based on percentage of my account. you can use any type of MM systems such as kelly optimal F etc... which ever you use just stick with it.
Once i figure out my lot size i keep it fix for the next couple of trades until i have 2 to 3 winner in a row.then i add to my position on the next.this is personal. so i wont tell you what to do.

so when i figure out my lot size then i place my trade set my stop between 5 to 10 pips depends on the trade but my targets are always fixed.
first target is 10 pips second target is 20 pips , third target is 30 and last target is 50 pips.
​I move to break even as soon as i hit my first target.make sure you take some money of the table as soon as you hit your first target do the same with other targets.as you see this very simple and not complex.

Bids: 1.1230 ,1.1290 area

Offers: 1.1355 ,1.1325, 1.1300, 1.1285(important level)



GBP/USD

Bids: 1.5630, 1.5745, 1.5785

Offers 1.5840, 1.5790, 1.5755
