Earnings are off, but I wonder if that is because it has not seen any new trades.

Hi,

Can you code a simple volatility profit method EA.

For example: assuming Gold product

set final and stop lose target for gold price. for example, current gold price is 1200, set final gold price 1300 and stop lose gold price 1100.
then set the interval again for 5

then when the gold price at 1200, buy in 1 unit
when the gold price drop to 1195, buy in another unit based on setting
when the gold price drop to 1190, buy in another unit based on setting
when the gold price up to 1195, sell the 1190 unit and profit 5 dollar.

use this method to earn from volatility, but must make sure it within your modal zone?

can help to code? i have more function to add on to make it a good ea.......please help

Many thanks, however the spread doesn't show up on the chart. Could it be incorporated into the same area as leverage, broker, etc.
*You have to manually enter your original deposit in order for earnings to be calculated. It rounds off to dollars, not cents. (That's ok for my purposes.)
I have no indicator for you but it is very simple I am sure you can find it.. among candle bar indicators .. my request if you like to do it is an indicators that will alert me to the specific chart eg: EUR/USD 15M it will tell me close 89% + ... that is it .. it would be awesome if you can do it .. kind regards... I would like to have a script file that would automatically set my sl or tp to lets says 5 or ten pips and not mess with othe script files that are running at the same time
I am kindly requesting for a very simple order placing script . Explained below are the rules for a Long entry

  1. Place order at the high+1 pips (EP) above the previous candle.
  2. Calculate lot size based on the input of risk percentage
  3. Place SL at Low of the previous candle
  4. Place TP at (EP-1 pips)+Size of the previous candle

really appreciate if anyone can help, or correct me if this already exists in this (or other) forum.

Yes, I had it sitting in my storage and the ex4 file works on the newest MT4. But I am sure someone can recode it, but for now this will get you by until you get a new coded version.

hello I am new to forex and am trying to us a diagonal trend line as one of my triggers.
trying to put in indicator but can not seem to get programing right.
Does anyone have an indicator that puts diagonal trend lines on the chart.

No I did'nt realize as I have not used it for several years, and had just plugged it onto a new chart to see what it does.
It would be very smart if some Coder here could change this Indicator just to see the last 10 patterns or so and not the whole history back which is cluttering my Chart as I am zooming-out every now and than
I think its just a short mod.

to trade and code, keep both simple... no call to impress....h
hi i am looking for a simple moving average cross EA...was wondering if there is any that has the following:

1. 2 moving average + the type (simple, exponential, smoothed, weighted)

2. it will BUY only when the FAST MA crosses from below to above the SLOW MA. (this is useful especially when backtest BUY/LONG entries only - dont want end up BUY when the opposite SELL signal triggered)

3. it will EXIT the earlier BUY only when the opposite signal triggered, ie FAST MA crosses from above to below the SLOW MA

4. optional close will be the usual TP, SL, TS etc

some MA EA i find will trigger entries irregardless of the Slow+Fast MA crossing directions which is quite dangerous.
