Hi Donquixote , sometimes its very difficult to explain why you do this trade , i told you that the price will reached the 200 ema because of consolidation on EU some weeks ago , look left, zoom out , and you will see the consolidation. Then timing is very important.

Ok i will try to use CM during my trading specially with the brent trade . This pair move very fast so i will use the CM managing lots to trade.

today gbp news is high, market hit my stop lost -2 pips, i had a trailing stop and price range. i took another short trade and took 6 pips, price move back and i got in again and took 16 pips. i will wait for news.

Hi Jean/Pips, nice trades.

I have ONE question, which i need to sort out. This is in regards to; a with the TREND, away from the EMA trade AND Not a CT trade.

How do you determine the TREND? (always the golden question)

I have seen that you guys, always follow the 200 EMA rule on 15TF, for away trades. BUT my question is; do you also follow the DAY/4HR Trend, while taking these trades?

I usually wait for all the 3 TF (D/4HR/15M) to align in ONE direction, on the 200 & 10 ema. So, i figured most of the times i miss out on trades OR am struggling to identify a proper & clear trend, while the train leaves the tunnel, leaving me stranded and confused.

Am I right in doing so and waiting for all to allign?
OR
should i just follow the 200EMA rule on 15TF, irrespective of what the D/4HR is standing, in relevance to the EMA`s?

I do take note of the PA formations (Pin bars, Dojis, rejections, etc) on higher TF`s though, prior to forming my Bias for the day or week.

Always open for additional suggestions and inputs. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Hi, what I noticed - that too much info takes too much time to analyze. I work with D1, H4, H1 and M15.
D1 is my main frame of trend. When I trade in M15 I look at H1 (or H4) and D1 - just to be sure not to go against trend or not to miss any changes.
And I try not to use many visualization - it just makes a mess and confusion.
If I need - I do my visualization in H1 and H4 frames for trend/channel/flag/etc., but I delete them after I finished my planning and trades.
