Hello,

there are a couple of things that are not clear to me.

Do you open more than 3 trades per week? Say we are looking for long trades and we have a retrace on Monday and Wednesday. Do we have 6 trades at that point?

What if the 8 week trend reverses (it will certainly will at some point)? Do you open trades in the opposite directions and let the other ones run their course?

You set the SL at BE once profit=1XATR. Fine. But what about the trailing stop? Is it set at this point? Does it mean that you have a potential loss of 8XATR on one of your trades?

Trailing Stop gets activated only when a position is in profit.

No. If you set SL at 1xATR then potential loss is 1xATR. (times Position Count)

Hello Abokwaik and Soros.
I think the best filter for this robot would use the CCI 56,110 period or seek a better optimization of indicador. it's best just to use a pointer to more confusion indicators.
Only open operations if the CCI and ATR are in the same direction but it does not happen to be out of the market. I think we can greatly reduce the losses. I welcome your comments.

we enter if we have 8 weekly candles in one direction, what is the criteria for a reversal and a trade in the opposite direction.

Looking at your image, i think the result will be better. Do you mean we are using 2 cci with different period? So, we are looking for the cci cross each other, or based on crossing level like 100/-100... ? and what is the value of the atr? Thanks

I like the CCI 56.
And the ATR 14 or 21 values.
And levels 0/0.

Yes, have been for 3 weeks. $1k demo accounts sizing 0.01. 0.05 blows it up. Testing manually closing when account doubles and then doubling lot size. I haven't had any trades reach a tp, only stops moved to be and then it looks like reversal will come and wipe the 300+ pips

bro im using it on 15min charts, i only trade GBPJPY, GBPNZD and GBPAUD and i use .01 lot on $2k balance, change the settings to fit lower TF.. acount already up 230%, please test my way and lets post daily graphs and backtests please

This EA but with CCI filter that I added. It prevented some bad entries compared to previous one (on Daily tf)

Just started up new demo, all pairs M15.

--Edit: I see you only trade those pairs... I'm trading like most pairs. 28 of them

Hi, can you share your .set file?
Sorry but don't understand, you say you use tf M15, but the setting of "trend tf" you use the default W1?
