CitiFX Pro just sold their retail traders' business to FXCM and Saxo. I am staying away from FXCM. Anyone here has experience with Saxo?

For me both FXCM and SAXO are real crocs!
But CitiFX also bastards, I sent them my docs 3 months ago and now they transferred my docs to FXCM as potential wealthy client and no one bitch in onboarding department does not answer my messages, I remember before all that, they everyday bombed me with messages and kissed my ass all days, expecting new blood to their "cirque du soleil". I'm happy that did not sign with Citi. Fuck them!

Thanks all for replying. I've seen lots of complains online but also heard good comments from few friends using Saxo so I am still undecided. These friends of mine have been trading with Saxo for at least 3y ears each with at least 50k account so that could be the reason Saxo don't news with them.

Anyway, I'll see how it goes.

i never trust them i heard a lot of bad things about them they are just for your money as a conclusion

Folks! Retail Forex Traders are expendable. Why on earth would anyone use this 'company' after years of unresolved complaints? As always, its war with your so called Broker. A Broker who finds some loophole in your microscript contract to steal your profits. Saxo is legendary for this behavior. Good luck Saxo account holders.

good luck then. traded w saxo for years and then they fully screwed me on 01.15. totally unfair. they take the trade on their own and later if its a loss they pass it back to you. they swallowed my account 12 hours after a confirmed trade with a requote 20% lower - 20000 pips try to do similar it against them when they market maker! worst company, never trust them I would not give them even a 1 cent.
