noob question LVT stands for ?

After this weekend of testing I'd say I'm the noob (I sucked).
LVT=low volume test
FLVT=failed low volume test
BH=bullish hammer
IH=inverted hammer
UT=up thrust
HM=hang man
HV,UHV=high volume, ultra high volume

I didn't take this trade, just watched it set up and missed it. Pretty well in profit and I didn't want to over trade. LVT after bullish action (as well as on weekly Vpoc) at previous point of HV rejection. Easy 15 ticks.

Wasn't expecting this much of a jump, stayed in only halfway... LVT resistance > support.

Beginning to put it together better, it's going to take another month at least of testing. S&D zones are great for reversals and WRB/volume analysis I find much better for continuation trades like this:

Personally, always wait until price hits these areas and look for weakness or strength.

Yes, here is more of what I'm saying. You can see how if you were long at bottom you could add here at the gap reversal, or enter if you missed etc. You can also see how previous circled supply zone is now transferred into a demand zone / hidden gap, via the WRB. Maybe that HG continuation trade would be a long for S&D traders but I was thinking they may miss that one, if they weren't still long, or if they were short not see to take profit.

Didn't short it this time. Maybe a mistake, but seems like no room for a big profit/drop now. No real confirming entry yet anyway!

Chart study w/ HG and S&D zones.

Lazy trade, too tired to get to my trading setup.
Took the 1m LVT, saw the trade setup at bottom 1m demand zone via the previous LVT, didn't pull the trigger.

Long on pullback here after UHV hammer into resist>support zone, bottom of HG. At b/e +18, and probably just hold or get stopped out.

This LVT confirmed on 1H was what made me rather bullish so far today. Not to mention the Inverted hammer w/ confirmation...

Took this one, walked away and hit TP. I really need to manage trades better, a lot better.

Creation of S&D via LVT, failed or confirmed, are the most interesting type of S&D zone for me at the moment.


Today at least, it was these zones that everything was based off, for resistance and then testing on the backside and creating support.
