DE30. +96 +29. A couple more. i am not going to push my luck any further, i am calling it a day. It is like the DAX was made for RENKO bars or vice versa, it is so easy to trade, the only thing is that price jumps up and down within the range of each bar (30 points) now that can be a little disconcerting but once you get to B/E the pressure is off.

I was a bit greedy on the last trade I was going for 50 points, instead of reusing my prior TP at the 161.8% but a Dbl Btm with divergence warned me of the turn and I got out.

EU DE30 (DAX) Comparison.

EU 10 pip Renko on the left. DE30 10 pip Renko on the right. just look at the difference between the two, why have I taken so long to look at the Dax. The turning points are clearly signalled just look at the bar formation at the swings and they repeat. look at the pip count for each leg.
Sorry, I am all excited, but I need to temper this until I get a chance to look back at a longer period of Renko charts than I am currently doing.

Well done.

I am ashamed to say I did not even look at the EU today I was so ensconced with the "other one" that I did not even think to look, but I will 2morrow because they appear to be negatively correlated so I will be keeping an eye on both.

Very nice trading..., how do you plan your exit with 5 pips Renko?, after one brick reverse in lower renko(3pips) or you set a Profit target?. Thanks

Read this then look for the 123 PDFs in the paper clip section. Add support and resistance levels and that is how I set my Profit Targets.

I was upgrading my computer and changed system Windows7 and I had other cases to manage...

BTW ... I have some idea with EMA150 and Renko 3P ... but I will tell U about when it will be done.

@ FXCM (Mt 4) is 1 lot . but the margin reguired for 1 lot is 6 euros (60 euros for 10 lots )...so it's prety ok!

Because of the volatility on this instrument it is difficult to define a clear B/E policy or a trailing policy although that would appear to be, wait for the first clear pullback and pop the sl behind that. B/E is harder to establish as you can see from the middle of the session, however, no losers is what is important no matter how frustrating.

I did not trade EU again today but I hope you all had a good time.

You are trading CFDs not the regular market, minimum size is 1 lot which does not mean much, point value is $1.11ish.
There is also no partial close of 1 lot.

indeed SL policy and BE is triky with DAX! today only SL and BE for me! maybe to much party in weekend ).

4 HR 123. I hope some of you caught the EU action, if you had looked at the 4 hr chart, which I didn't, you would have seen the 123 take shape and confluence at the 200% Ext with a major S&R level. price stopped dead to the pip at the 200%. A small profit of 170 ish pips.

The only thing of course is that none of us expected the EU to rise because we have spent the last months listening to all the "experts" who have been telling us that the EU is going down, so how many traders today sat there going "WTF", and stayed out because this couldn't possibly be happening
