GBPUSD Long Trade update:
Added one at LL with closer SL. The whole level touched, but no crossing, price brought below the whole level again. Could be reloading of longs, but SL closer if they intend to reload lower..

What is the reason you were looking for a long trade? I see a bounce of the 200 ema and resistance at the first black arrow. I would probably open a short position at the 2nd arrow when PA is bouncing of the 10ema. TP next RN.

Well , I have some doubts about this , especially when looking on H4 , PA goes lower and volume is rising this implicates bullishness all the way right ? But on the other hand there is H1 and consolidation above whole number with huge interest around previous support. And the volume itself , it is alway different , I am with fxpro , and to be honest they are not so good , but since I am in Europe my choice is narrow. Probably will search for a new broker soon. Wish you the best.

Update: GBPJPY

Indeed, a LS retrace and now a triple bottom. Unfortunately, with this being a US Bank Holiday, this will probably stay away from a bull run today. There was a chance the early LS MMs might hike price to sucker in longs too early so they could be the subject of a stop hunt, later just before a bull run maybe sometime this week. But this did not happen. One can only wonder what will go on for the rest of the day because there have been instances where during US Bank Holidays the MMs still pulled off shenanigans during the US session, since it is always easier for them to manipulate prices in a low volume atmosphere.

So, dead the rest of the day, or a surprise move a bit upwards? If the latter, it still will probably be just to sucker in longs too early. Nevertheless, such a move could be profitable,.....if profit is taken. Which is the same thing I said earlier today about GU, which is in the same boat apparently as this one.

AUDJPY

Consistent with the hypothesis that nothing will happen on a US Bank Holiday that won't be undone and then reoccur.......

The DAY chart shows this might be trapped in the retrace mode for a time longer, where possibly the "bounce" price has already been made or might be this week, because the last two weeks of PA look like a Bull Channel (where bull MMs control the price ever lower to sucker in shorts for liquidity the bull MMs need to build long).

NZDUSD Alert

This is the one, it turns out today, that has best maintained bullish clues. The question is, will this develop into a move and if so, will it be to simply sucker in longs too early, with a stop hunt coming later, maybe tomorrow or Wednesday?

I have to agree with this. Today, the MMs are simply taking advantage of whatever liquidity exists for building their positions or the positions of SM orders. They aren't likely to mount a profit drive on a day like today,.....maybe a sucker drive to be reset on another day, but not a true profit drive. But, the sucker drives can sometimes surprise in their extent, and be profitably traded. We can never know about them. So, we watch, wait, see what transpires. At the least, we might pick up some clues for the rest of the week.

That is very true , but plain template is something new to me , it will take some time to accomodate. I am also looking forward to new PVSRA template , I believe there will be less , because simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
