me too, but there is still a small chance 10-15 minutes before the speach to get on a long train
edit: gone, risk over 10pips

Clearly PA is awaiting of something, perhaps the Dragi speech... current situation is nothing but chaos inside 25 pips range cross the board since eu open.

You're left with two options.. one, to quit now and accept the already loss and come back the next day..
two, wait for the release and see if you can get it on a valid signal if one ever shapes into a low risk one..
