We are pleased to confirm that due to increased demand from our clients, FxPro will be adding additional stocks to our MT4 platform. The new shares being added will be a selection of those most traded in the US and Europe, we strongly believe that these additional products will greatly enhance our offering and will meet client demand as they will have access to trade up to 150 stocks across multiple markets.

1- Does the execution the same with ctrader and mt4/ ?
ECN account can work on both platform?
The only thing i hear about fxpro and not good is "Slippage, low order execution"

Thank you for your questions.

1. The execution models are different on the MT4 and the cTrader: MT4 is Instant Execution , while the cTrader and MT5 are Market Execution
2. Technically speaking ECN is available on the cTrader and MT5 platforms
3. Slippage occurs at times of high volatility, therefore, trading should be exercised with caution. We do want to point out the fact that in an effort to promote transparency in the FX industry, FxPro is issuing reports on the slippage statistics, ensuring that there is no asymmetrical slippage. Currently, the slippage at FxPro for the month of April is as follows: 35.57% positive, 34.67% at quote and 29.76 negative. This gives a good indication on the commitment of transparency and fairness to the clients that FxPro has undertaken on itself, which is possible with the in-house technology, such as Quotix, our FX-Aggregation engine.

The permission of Agreeing to carry a regulated activity is a more general permission that all firms must have in order to conduct regulated activities in the UK under the FCA regulation. It basically enables firms to conduct any activity as specified in the firms scope of permission, with the exception of general banking, insurance, pensions and UCITS funds-related activities.

The permission of arranging (bringing about) deals in investments is, as defined in the FCA glossary, making arrangements for another person to buy, sell, subscribe for or underwrite a particular designated investment (as set out in each firms permission), whether as principal or agent to the transaction.

There was an issue during the night with the charting on the MT4 Demo only, , which resulted in some of the charts becoming corrupted. The issue was fixed immediately, and if you refresh your charts you will see this has been corrected.

I have been using fxpro demo for a long time now,i like their charts,but lately i get disconnected from the mt4 server for 5-10 minutes a few times per day,and during that time their website is really slow...

The MT4 Demo Servers were undergoing some scheduled maintenance, and that might have been the reason for your disconnections.

Hi,

Can FXPro make their platform work without any issues at least for 1 week? Over the past month I think I had at least 6-7 times the same issue with the profile page. Once I create a profile page with all the pairs I need and adding a few lines and all my analysis that I need for my trading, once in a while after I restart the platform all my work is gone and instead of having my pairs all chart I have turned into eurusd (see figure attached).

This is really getting annoying as it has already happened multiple times.

i think this is not related to fxpro it is a common error i suffered from it a lot please try to protect your pc and never use many programs in it thats all
