that is useful to know. What about exits - do you use ADX, obvious support/resistance, or stochs, or whatever seems most appropriate in the circumstances?

Thanks for your opinions guys.
I just use elliott wave theory a few times and only where i can count waves accurately,if i'm in doubt i simply don't do it.

yes, it really helps to understand RSIOMA waves better with colored moving average

many times larger tfs acts like brick wall for all other lower tfs in opposite direction to it, there it creates confusion to think will it break or bounce back

In the first picture broker is ETX Capital - See ADX LIME AND RED ( NO SUNDAY CANDLES )

In the second picture broker is ActivTrades - See ADX LIME AND RED ( SUNDAY CANDLES )

What chart is more "real" ?

Need to mention , both are EURUSD Daily charts .

Looking back over BBS on 1HR timeframe, the Stos & RSIOMA usually point the way to trade the breakout. (also as Alien has said the BBS sometimes coincides with the ADX contraction.) Its like a pulsing, rhythmic thing. I've noticed the Bollingers look like an intestine digesting the price action lol. I am considering using BBS as a starting point, with some discretion as sometimes there is a BBS the indi does not pick up.

Hi, im not a master, but check the min and max settings fixed ADX for both brokers. There will be a difference. True but they are both.

Yes, these are important times to not trade or just wait and see if PA will continue or reversal is about to take place.

Hello ,

I do not know either broker, go to XE.com and look at current price of EU that might help. Recheck both brokers to price.
Also some brokers feeds are off over the weekend and until they start up again you might get incomplete information.
Also I notice your adx 89 and 144 are higher in the lower chart, go to the indi's and click on each one and edit and look to see if each fixed min or max box is unchecked to see if the charts aline again.

you are starting to get AH ha moments my son !!!!!! BBS wait for the breakout, use other indi's to keep you from the Fake out..................

This takes place on all TF's, the H4 is great to follow and normally a DS trade or a X CROSS trade, rubberband trade is ready to change over...................

Greetings Aliens!

Hope everyone is ready for a new week. I am working on a template that I will upload when I am finished with it for the Alien community. I want to put in some custom alerts for the RSIOMA divergence. Ferrufx, since this your work, could you please post the mq4 file so that I may add the alert? I have also been looking high and low for a BB squeeze light indicator that alerts when we are going into and coming out of a bb squeeze. So far, no luck. If anyone could help with that it would be nice. I am going to call the template the Alien Nihilist template. Here is a picture of it. When I am done I will upload the alert packet and see what you ladies and gentlemen think about it.

Divergence & BB alerts certainly useful. I have just loaded up & configured the Nihilist BB dashboard - I don't think it has alerts though. It breaks my heart to see the majesty of the ADX fanning out and contracting removed in favour of coloured squares though lol

Ferru's RSIOMA divergence indie has alerts, but I cannot use them because the rest of alerts are voice alerts in my template. I did that so I would not have to look at my pc all the time, and I could just listen for what is going on. The coding for that is simple enough that even I could do it, I just need the mq4 file. Now the BBSqueeze lights indi does not have an alert at all, and I will need some help with that one.

As far as the ADX fanning goes, to me Nihilist ADX gives me more detailed info and makes it easier to the nuances, however, you are quite right about the aesthetics of the original template.
