On the 8 Hour, the application indicates that we have a Low and the market is Long above the Long level @1.11473 with a Retracement level @1.12377.

We have a trade setup on the 8 Hour which reads as follows:

(1) Long entry at or near the Retracement level @1.12377 (i.e. Short level),


(2) Stop Loss we have 2 options (i) slightly below the Long level @1.11473 or (ii) slightly below the candlestick Low @1.11540. Option (ii) is preferred,


(3) Take Profit is at or near the Short level @1.12942 on the 4 Hour timeframe.


Assuming a Long entry @1.12377 with a Stop Loss @1.11540 and a Take Profit @1.12942 your RRR is approx. 1.5:1. (Risk 1.5 times Reward).

On the Day, the market is Long above the Long level @1.11681 with a Retracement level @1.12602.

We have a trade setup on the Day which reads as follows:

(1) Long entry between the Retracement level @1.12602 and the Long level @1.11681,


(2) Stop Loss we have 2 options (i) slightly below the Long level @1.11681 or (ii) slightly below the candlestick Low @1.11540. Option (ii) is preferred,


(3) Take Profit is at or near the Short level @1.16039 on the Week.


Assuming a Long entry @1.12602 with a Stop Loss @1.11540 and a Take Profit @1.16039 your RRR is approx. 1:3 (Reward 3 times Risk).
Using the FIA, traders need only "Sell the Highs" & "Buy the Lows".

We have no market direction on the 2 Hour, 4 Hour and 8 Hour timeframes.

The Day remains Long as per Post #42. The target for the Day is now the Long level @1.3063 on the 8 Hour timeframe.

On which timeframe do you see that trade setup.

The target for the Day, which remains Long above 1.11681, has now been lowered to the Long level @1.13063 on the 8 Hour timeframe.

Also note that the Day is in it's Neutral zone between the Short level @1.12602 and the Long level @1.11681.

There has been no change for now.

I will be posting the next chart as soon as there is any change to the intraday timeframes.

For now, the market remains Bearish (not short) below the 2 Hour Long level @1.12650.

You are right to point out the 2 Hour timeframe.

It is very important to notice that we have 2 consecutive timeframes having opposite direction.

This is called an "Active Consolidation Zone" where the market is Long above the Short level @1.12210 on the 2 Hour and Short below the Long level @1.12509 on the 4 Hour. While in this configuration, the market remains trapped between these 2 levels.

So your adjusted Take Profit target on your Short trade, must be considered no lower than the Short level @1.12210 on the 2 Hour. Now considering your revised target, your new RRR is approx. 1:3 (Reward 3 times Risk)

Following Post #58, in an "Active Consolidation Zone" you can open both Long and/or Short trades.

In the case of my previous post we only considered the Short trade based on the direction on the 4 Hour timeframe.

However in this configuration, you can also consider a Long trade from the 2 Hour Short level to the 4 Hour Long level.

Your trade based on the market direction on the 2 Hour timeframe would read as follows:

Assuming a Long entry @1.12210 with a Stop Loss @1.12069 and a Take Profit @1.12509 your RRR is approx. 1:2 (Reward 2 times Risk).

that's a new one. So a long trade on H2 is because we are establishing low?
