The market is dynamic. Adjustments made. Biased south for now. However it's already getting late on WallStreet so may just be on the sidelines for the rest of the day.

How are You exiting from every trades? Where do You take your profit?

I look at trouble areas. Any swing high to the left on a long or swing low on a short will cause price to react. With trading futures being highly leveraged I'll take profit in a hurry. Since I'm currently only trading one contract there is no room to take partial profits. As my account grows I will be in a position to trade 2 contracts so I can let it run a bit. For now I'm sticking with one contract until I double this account. I'm on track to be up 20% at end of this week

Thanks for that frank reply winston. Ive been studying the j16 stuff as well and wanted an extra string to my bow so supply and demand looked like an ideal candidate.

I jut wanted to know how much success if any others have had with it and if there's anything i certainly need to read/watch to get a grasp of the main concepts without leading me down some path to a dead end.

Also what is VSA?

VSA is volume spread analysis.

You can do a lot worse than hanging out here at PIE and studying the concepts from the beginning. J16 is solid too. Quite a bit different than s/d but MBQB11 is the man at James 16.

Big move on GU Friday, if you plot a line like below and just follow it back as far as possible taking a moment to look at how price moved in the past around the area it helps train your eye to spot potential set ups, can be interesting.

I recommend "VSA with Malcomb". Also look into Hidden Gaps posts. I am not an expert in VSA but I do believe it can be helpful.
