Hi NDC,

We have no plans for us to offer that platform at this time. However, I'm curious about your thoughts on it. Is there a particular feature of the platform that interests you?

Actually, There's a few:

1. It's multi-core aware. I run some pretty heavy EA's.
2. It's got some built in structures (MQL5) that I'd have to build manually in MT4 (MqlTradeRequest, MqlTradeResult, MqlTradeCheckResult, etc.).
3. Native 64 bit version available.

That's just what I've run into so far.

Thanks for this additional feedback. I've received some requests for MT5 in the past, but usually it's just for custom time frames on charts which are actually available even on MT4 with a free app. I'll update you if there are plans to offer MT5 in the future.

Hi Jeff,

While we don't offer this service ourselves, we offer various platforms that will give you access to such services from third parties. For example, the Mirror Trader platform allows you to follow the strategies of experienced traders and automate them in your account. You can use the same username and password to access Mirror Trader that you use to log into Trading Station or MT4.

I notice your forum profile mentions that you live in China. If you would like, I can arrange for one of my colleagues in China to discuss these different options with you in more detail. Just send me a private message with your contact details and the best time to call.

Hello, I have FXCM. Why does my trade explorer limit data for my trade explorer? I notice that data beyond a certain date does not reflect from the trade explorer even though I have it set to "full brokrage history." Is it a security feature?
I love forex. One day it will love me back.

Hey Jason, instead of showing us highest volumes, can you explain how FXCM sorted complaints of clients from the SNB move date till now?

for withdrawal from india only swift code is available.....ABA NUMBER AND SORT CODE IS NOT AVAILABLE....IS THAT OK

Hi Jason, I read through the Mirror Trader introduction and talked on the Live Chat. This is not precisely what I am looking for right now as it still requires minimum level of trading experience. But thanks for your attention and reply.

Hi Dani,

ABA numbers are only for the US. Your forum profile mentions that you live in India. If your bank account is in India, then you should be able to use a Swift code.

Hi Singha,

The trade history on our MT4 platform gets archived after 30 days. You can access the full trade history by logging into Trading Station instead of MT4. Your account login details will work on both platforms. While the current version of Trade Explorer is not compatible with Trading Station, the programmers at Forex Factory tell us that their next version will be. Then you will be able to access your full trade history on Trade Explorer.

It's my pleasure, Jeff. Also, as mentioned in my previous message, there may be other options available to you in China that my colleagues there can discuss with you, if Mirror Trader is not a good fit.

For some reason when I log on to my Live account, I can no longer find GBP/AUD, AUD/CAD and CAD/JPY on the available pairs list. They show up on my Demo account. Have they been dropped from Live trading?

Hi AG,

Those pairs should be available to you. I see all 3 on my live account and have open trades in GBP/AUD currently.

If you are on the Trading Station platform, click on the Symbols button. Then select he Symbols to which you want to subscribe.

If your are on the MT4 platform, right-click on the Market Watch window. Then click on "Symbols" in the menu that appears. Select which Symbols you want to Show and Hide.

Hey All,

Here's over 30 trades that I tried to make with FXCM today. My actions window shows a green check mark confirming execution of the trades. However not one of these trades actually filled. Finally when one 1k order did fill, FXCM would not let me close the order. FXCM is the liquidity provider on CFD products. Can someone please tell me why FXCM is unable to fill or close 1k trades? What if this was 100k or 1M trade? Be very careful as FXCM is able to manipulate the other side of your CFD trade.

HI Jason,

I use both TS2 and MT4. My problem is with TS2. My Demo account shows 34 currency pairs to choose from, but my Live account only 18. This is the same on my laptop work station and 2 different VPSs. I had not had this problem before.
