Actually the ASH is a double smoothed 1 period MA.

Without knowing what is happening here but what is a double smoothed 1 period MA? The average of 1 value is the value itself.

This code is what's happening:

Length = 5;
Smooth = 4;


First ASH gets a 1 period MA of the Close, then it runs a MA on the 1 period MA Array using Length (5) so a 5 period MA of the 1 period MA data. Then it runs a 4 period MA (Smooth) of that data. Oh, so smooth....

Reg. your secure trading barometer which sure is an eye candy for most of us. I respect your desire not to give away your hard work. But since you are posting it here at least tell what those figures stand for. We don't want you to disclose how you calculate them. I understand that % values relate to correlation. That figure at top of 2.56 is complete mystery. Its always green whether you are short or long.

You are not showing us a Level 1 trade here.
You had the ASH indicator in your Indicator 1 window before (right?). Your trade is not opened on the bar after colourchange on ASH in your example, it was red way back on both AU and AJ. That was what I meant about CS not strong/weak at ASH colour change.

Are there any rules a digit must change its color for buy / sell or whatever? To solve the mystery, it shows the current average strength of the entire market. Therefore buy above (+2.56) and sell below (-2.56) if all other conditions are met. It's just an additional information!

1st trade: EURUSD to TP (plus positive slippage)
2nd trade: NZDUSD closed manually (scared away - need to work on this one)

Both trades were entered due to USD weakness.

Today: 2.08%

Done for today.

Nice start for a new day/week. I saw that eurusd sudden strength but did believe it so i stayed out. Btw, i'm still practicing and it turns out I was right to let it pass.

Weaker CHF (8th)

Did not win NZDCHF BUY who did not

CHF remains weak, but the strongest first is changing, so choose only entries weaker currency (CHF)

First trade was a little late and the second trade had about 4 pips slippage.

Two more trades on CJ & UC.
Again lack of confidence resurfaced and when I saw positions having enough profit to reach daily target of 2 % I promptly closed them.
I've to work hard on this.

Trade #1 and #2 of today: CADJPY and USDCAD to TP. Took longer than usual, but got to TP no problem.

As I said in the post 30593, so we spent 05 minutes of London open CHF was 8th in force then sold around the basket (Figure 01). At the moment + 57 pips balance.

The 10:55 (mt4) EURO had news of great impact, so I hope to spend 15 minutes to see where the money will stay. EURO past 15 minutes remained in 8th and is so far. then seeing the whole basket of EURO (Picture 02) .At the moment +101 pips balance.

Just a hint of the importance of entering only against weaker currencies.
