Thanks to tunguska for the explanation. you've got a good grasp of the method. your 1st tp would be the "engulf" that i'm looking for for a short. The RR from ur entry to the 1st TP is not good enough for the short.

Your zone is good, just be careful because H1 Momentum is clearly up, it does not mean you can not find a short to take in M5, but keep this in mind and just take the short if clear bear momentum develops. You can see it in the pole I marked.

Besides that, I would mark another zone that you are not considering and make me think that we haven enough space to go down:

Can you see that there are reactions you are not considering? Better wait for a long opportunity IMO.

Your pattern is good and you consider the right zone to be engulfed. Hope this helps.

I didn't get a engulf, so no trade, my levels didn't play out. Now I'm long at WE on daily demand (bear trap also) at EG after news:

Banked +1,4R on EG with a conservative TP (I think my level of TP can be engulfed). Now looking UCh, but I don't like it looking at the daily, so probably won't take it.

Wow it's been awhile. Am currently having vacation with family in Sydney, and trading HTF (H1, H4, D1), and i gotta admit, it's much more rewarding and stress free. Will post some charts up once im back home next weekend.

Looking forward to that. Circumstances have forced me to move up to the Daily tf anyhow. Besides, I've always heard that its less stressful and in fact if I could I would prefer trading Daily candles and begun so anyhow; doing other things besides stare at a screen all day. Reason I have not before is that somehow I find price structure clearer on smaller tf so, I'll be interested and looking forward to seeing how you do things.
