Regardless of how old you are, where you live, or what your career goals are, everybody's ultimate goal in life is to be happy and successful. this not easy , you must be patient and bear the pain .

You make goals but then you procrastinate.
You write a to-do list but then you dont follow through.
And this happens again and again and again. Seriously, whats the problem?

The problem is youre skipping an essential step. Heres what it is
1- Get Positive
2- Get Rewarded : Rewards feel good. Penalties feel bad. And thats why they both can work well for motivating you.
3- Get Peer Pressure : Research shows peer pressure help people more than it hurts them.

My wife, when I was younger at law and school, I had some bullshit and she helped me back then. She said "try college at least" when I reached the point of either going to college or started working. I decided to get away from it all, travel to a foreign nation and start anew. I didn't have a criminal record because of my crimes when I was a minor, so I saw it as a fresh start, but I didn't want to disappoint my mom. I finished college and met a lovely girl who's my wife now, I got a decent career, and I'm keeping my demons in check. Back then, my mother was my only inspiration and she still is.
