You are one of those that thinks, if you can not see it, it can not be true. Even if it happens hundreds of times before your eyes! Therefore if you cant , others should not either.



A note to the level headed logical thinkers out there

I have nothing to prove, i am not commercial, on a ego trip or otherwise. I was just here to share. If my charts make no sense to the general populous then disregard and move onto whatever is the hot topic of the month.

But if they make logical sense in the never ending repetitive nature, then you may see something. Only one thing is important that you grasp if nothing else. close up your charts for a moment.

Who is moving the market?

what are they trying to achieve?

What must they do to achieve it?

Once you understand this , it will give you more than any book or course ever will. While i am on the subject, NEVER EVER pay to learn trading. Its all here.




Oh and a "sure thing", let me go a little deeper. Think about this logically.

The market is very precise? It seems to move with purpose at times of high volume?It moves between supply and demand until ENGULF?

With that in mind we have MOTIVE.

If you had billions upon billions and your mates did aswell, if you could control the market?

Would you take out everyone else you could just to take the other side of the orders.

So by spending billions to create a new high in order to clear out and take stops (engulf) having a group of orders filled at the pullback. as price pulls away, placing more orders to fill your needs, seeing price spike down to fill your huge orders.

All the other bank traders in the know seeing this happen. Why oh why would you or anyone else that could, reverse the market against these orders take out the stops under demand and KILL the momentum of a very good move.

Why kill a "SURE THING"



When we have this kind of intention, it is a sure thing!

If you are distracted or not feeling well patterns can be missed, i am not saying you will catch everyone. I am just saying it is there.





These charts, and i admit there are a few. What if i have traded them all, some or none at all. Is that the purpose to prove i am good or not. Will that help you in your understanding?

Not one bit!

If you can see a similarity in these charts or any i have ever posted. How about looking for these patterns in the coming day, weeks and months. If something repeats, isn't that crazy to just dismiss it?

I am truly happy where i am in life, its like mission success! Forex Factory has served its purpose and i feel i have given back. Its time is done and offers little but distraction. Sure i have gained many a good friend in all corners of the world, but i also understand there are those that seek to be negative/distructive even when faced with the obvious.

A BIG loss to FF. If admin was inclined they should put this post up as a STICKY. Bigwal like many others has tried to make sense of RED's posting on the PIE thread. Bigwal has posted many charts and has tirelessly explained what he saw in order to help others. I and many others here I am sure, have added what I consider one of the final pieces of the jigsaw that is my 'trading methodology' by looking closely at Bigwal's charts. He get's my vote as one of the genuinely good guys (as if that was of any interest to anybody) Thanks Warren. Much appreciated.

I haven't read all 1500 pages so I hope I'm not asking a silly questions.

These areas of supply/demand that you're identifying, are they still effective when price has moved all the way through?

For example, that last chart, can you expect the resistance to become support? While I agree it looks that way, if it were the result of price action alone, wouldn't it be obliterated when price moved all the way through it?

Just a little note for the record;

The patterns BigWal has pointed out do work and they aren't really from this thread. This thread is advanced pa reading, nuanced stuff. Not for beginners.
What Warren shows is the basis of reading pa and is important. You can make a living out of these patterns. But they don't work every time like he claims. As far as I know Warren showed a few live calls. Never saw one hit target and never saw the closing statement, always just 'oh i got out at be' So don't be disheartened if you are finding you are hitting 50% winners at 2:1. That's great, that's a business.

Just don't go betting the farm thinking you have found a 'sure thing' because it doesn't exist, that's all I am saying.
