Price action is all you need-Unadulterated unmitigated uncorrupted simple price action--unqualified by indicators , uncompromised by resistance points, pivot points or support levels or anything else ( except Bol. bands, EMA, SMA)---At first PA is not easily comprehended by most traders but please closely examine the relationship between each individual bar ( not candle) its' range and close and the closes following the subject bar. After a period of suffiicent time and examination repeatable familiar patterns will begin to emerge, the end points of which may become predictable by you. Its not easy and requires time consuming trial and error plus the application of considerable cognitive energy but in my opinion is well worth the effort.

This is difficult in identifying the Exit point through Price action..suppose in Option Trading ..the Strike price is continuously moving up so also moving up your expectations...but the important point is where to Stop...Will my Friends including our4link can throw some ideas on this point...?

yes. and have one EMA as a nice tool to let you know how "tired" the price is.

PA is partiicularly well suited for binary traders----Lets presume you wish to trade 15 min. expirys . After you've determined a direction, based on your analysis of the current bar and the 2 to 3 bars preceeding it ,expiring lets say at 2015, you enter your trade at 2015:01-10 or their abouts with expiry at 2030. Strike price is always moving. along with the actual price. You want to get as close as possible to 2015 expiry price . Granted, some markets run away in your direction without giving you the opportunity to enter without paying a prohibitive premium and must be avoided. Others however are more benign and give you the chance to enter at the market or close to it or even at a discount to the 2015 close. Experience counts in trading binarys so hang in with it

I used to be an indicator junkie. I simplified my charts and price action has given me more clarity.

Price action is a good way to know what happened yesterday. It tells you nothing about what's going to follow... regardless of how pretty the patterns are.

Ignored
NOTHING on a chart tells you what is going to happen, but price action is one way to organize your entries, targets and risk management.
