Administrator problems when trying to load my MT4 indi

Trying to load an indi to an MT4 platform on a new computer. "Administrator" won't let me. Who is this Admin and why won't he let me do things on my own mackine?

If its a windows 8 machine then some programs will only allow you to make alterations through the administrator account. The link below will show how to unlock your administrator account. Once you follow the steps just log off then log back on with the admin account.
