Unless you dispute the negative balance, after few weeks (3 weeks I think) they can claim the debt and sell it to the debt collector. If you do that they will have to go to court. They are not going to do that straight away, they will try to negotiate first. But, if you dispute it you will be on the safe(er) side.Ignored
