Excellent analysis there ,this is the main idea of my thread combining Candlextick with Renko charts would you mind sharing your indies and templates here or you can honor me and post them on my thread to help people there....

EU +33. Had to wait for this one today and then my stop was only missed by 1 pip, if my broker had a bigger spread I would have been out for a loss. I have left over 20 pips on the table but my TP was in the logical position at the confluence 200% ext + BRN + yesterdays high, can not do more than that.

EU +91 FOMC aftermath. The first minute price moved 112 pips in the wrong direction, impossible to do any thing, fortunately. 7 minutes later it had settled and I took a 123 long off divergence. Trade what you see not what you think.
I have no idea what is going on here but some one is having a good laugh. Don't worry the Euro will tank just a little bit later on.

after the exchange of long term charts of a few days ago,
and since I can not follow the market these days,
I decided Monday to open a holding position (very small position) long on eu,
then with a sl wider , and trusting in the analysis and some in the FOMC and their tour of nut.
eu is now at an altitude of +200 pips, ongoing.
moved sl +70 and look a bit.
so you think is a fleeting moment?

Hm, this looks to me as 5 pip renkos...Did you change it on purpose having FOMC event on mind?

there are candlestick reversal pattern on all pairs that were affected by the news today on H1...good luck

Stumbled upon this system and I'm pretty impressed...Even if I take trades simply on color change of the bar it seems profitable...and of course I'm watching all of you bag pips.

Hope you moved your SL higher to take a bigger slice of the Pie!

As you can see from the charts this morning, every pair has given it all back, this is the big boys playing their games, taking profits on their shorts and driving price up where they then reverse back and fill new short orders, so we are back where we started. The only thing that will change now is that the move down will continue BUT it will be at a much slower pace so ergo, making profits will become harder again and require a lot more skill.

Yes, sorry I forgot to mention that when I posted. Knowing from past experience how volatile FOMC can be I changed up to a 5 pip chart.

EU +60 +33 +27 +16. Last trade was the news, unemployment. not a big difference but I thought it would run more as the MMs seem determined to take the Euro down. 2nd trade I buggered up the exit it was supposed to be a partial exit but I had already added another lot so no biggy.

The little arrows are an indicator I am trying out, so far so good. I can not say that I disagree with it's signals. but i think in a ranging market it might want to pull your nickers down and molest you (or not, depending on your tastes).

see what I mean about the little arrows, the indicator gets signal happy in consolidation, so you really need the experience to filter the signals. Nothing is perfect.
