Hi,

It's rather impossible to use mirror trading in news trading style, because you will suffer badly from slippages due to delays.

What's funny is that you don't need to become succesfull. You already are everything you ever wanted to be. It's more like Allowing yourself to be that success you dream about. It's not much about words..there's a difference between "becoming" something/someone..which is more of a pushing, striving, hard working..and just relaxing into.."oh, I already am that..cool, wow..I can relax now and let my success just happen and grow and grow".

And living and trading from this space of relaxation that you've already arrived there, that you've already achived your target, that you already live that dream..then even the occasional DD won't matter, won't get to you for you already know that you are success anyway and it's about to happen sooner or later, just a matter of time. No big deal. Like ordering a pizza..you know it's comming so you can just enjoy the time till it's delivered. So, enjoy the journey and know that you already are that what you dream about! It not about the money, it's not about reaching the dream..I see it as a matter of FEELING that reaching your dream reminds you of.. So, live that feeling, that space, that taste, smell of success already..and just relax into it. There's nothing to strive for. It's all already here, right now. Imagine that, feel that! Cool, huh?

And thanks for reminding me of the winning attitude/eyes on the "price", important component.

How about just accepting what happened? How about just accepting yourself anyway even with this? All is well, no big deal. You are on your way to live the success you already are. Imagine that, feel that..and just relax into it. And the current dissapointment and all other emotions? Just something to be experienced, felt, accepted. No big deal, just emotions wanted to be experienced so they don't impact you in the future. It's like clouds on the sky..they'll go away and sun shines again. Same here. Just that we like to stress about them clouds somehow thinking they'll never go away and the sun won't ever shine! A powerful illusion I have to confess, but an illusion anyway.

Well don't trade to make millions... That was the mentality I traded with when i first started and ....well... that didn't go so well haha. That's how I can get when I get a big loss too. I actually just had a huge loss and I didn't really have a stoploss or anything because I was "so sure" of what was gonna happen... Quite stupid actually lol. But I wouldn't be surprised if the EU doesn't continue to fall so hopefully you'll be able to get a few easy pips from it

Living the dream Its amazing how, Forex is no longer a stress, but other stupid things in the real world environment are - daily stupid stresses. I used to be up all hours of the night watching my positions like a hawk watching his prey making threats, I will do it, I will do it lol. Nothing like trying to reason with your PC screen 3 in the morning begging it to go in the other side.

I hear you, been there, done that. Hypnotizing price going my way..and taking it personaly anytime it went "against" me. Crazy days, but they were neccesary part of my evolution.

Well, in my case all of my life relaxed..and that what would trigger me before no longer does. Or it does but in such a different way, not muted but more like.."I see, just an old pattern replaying..ok, all is well, just a story to be embraced, no big deal". And I can tell you there has been a lot of what I'd consider stressfull some time ago, and it's still there and it might be there for some time..but it no longer matters, just circumstances, no big deal. Taking one step at a time, just something to do, something to experience and that's all. Live goes on. Amazing. I actually am living already my dream for I experience stress free life..which is like WHAT? CAN'T BE! ..and still..it is and it just improves and improves. Just amazing, I thought xyz has to happen for this experience..and none of that actually happened and yet I live it now. Yeah!

I wish that for anyone who is just tired of stress, stuff that triggers you etc. It's doable and it's simple although not easy. It requires just a shift in perception and couple tricks to learn.

Any stress is nothing but a feedback for your awareness, similar to P/L or price on a chart in FX. It's just about how to actually deal with it the way it shifts for good. And when it does..it's priceless!

Never ever give up, til you find the answer to the puzzle......of forex. The answer is actually right in front of you. Just that we are blinded by indicators, candlesticks, and whatsoever distraction. Once you set a boundary to buy and sell, things become clearer......
Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler.

Stress is tied to the fight or flight response. A survival mechanism, that we've Incorporated into daily tasks and shave years of our life. I am not the oldest bird in the han, but I am just generally tired of stressing over anything and everything, come from finances to daily routines. At the end your left exhausted and aching because all the stress constricts your muscles your constantly heated because all the energy the stress is burning and left with mileage, because of the damage its doing. Financial markets are one of the bigger reasons of stress. Our hard earned money on the line like birds on a target range, and its understandable we incorporate positive and negative emotion. When we succeed endorphins are released. When we fail our stress mechanism kicks the fight or flight response which starts to burn energy like crazy causing all sorts of heightened state

I am working on eliminating all stresses from my life including daily routine to be in a state of calmness like a Buddha monk. A state of peace and tranquility.

One thing it to understand what stress is and how it affects the body/mind and the energy flow. The other thing is to actually know how to relax what needs to be relaxed. It's time people move beyond fight or flight. What's to fight/flight from anyway nowadays? It's all just stories of past to be resolved..and when you do that, it's over.
Markets stops stressing you, life stops stressing you. It might happen here and there again, but since you know what you know it's easier and easier to relax.

I have heard a great story about a Buddhist monk. Went berserk due to some woman he met, beat her and was awaiting trial. He was actually shocked why he acted that way. And all that after being some 5 years in monastery where he learned to calm his mind.

As they say "It's ease to be at peace in the monastery..but try that in the city centre where there's all kinds of noice, distractions etc. That's a challenge.". I can't agree more!

Do you know how to actually turn off that fight or flight effectively?

You can't turn it off, its a natural physiological response. When confronted with a situation that requires a higher state of tension.. So during a fight or flight your more "aware" your muscles contract your pupils dilate.. Its a physical response to either an emotional or a physical situation the example they give in the textbooks are you confront a rattle snake on a hiking trail.. So your Fight or Flight response activates. You can either runaway or choose to fight basically what it comes down too lol.. either way your quite focused throughout the whole ordeal. But The same response also activates with stress to an emotional situation a break up, losing your money in the markets, losing your job etc.. But in the process it puts a lot of strain physically on your body, and overtime causes damage. More susceptible to heart attack or a stroke.

So what you can do is buffer situations that are stressful with things that calm you. I like Anime, and Tv shows and it takes my focus away from a stressful situation returning to a state of calmness. I also like to understand the source of stress, in order to know when its approaching. Stress is also tied to anxiety which can cause panic attacks on a more serve level and more minor effects such as heavy breathing etc..

Either way this things are worst then cigarettes and sugars as long as your not like obese on sugar and stuff cause that's bad too lol. More to the point its easier to make decisions when your calm then in a stressed situation. So knowing that what your doing stresses you out, buffer it or change tactics. When your stressed even though your "focused" your cortex shuts off in a fight or flight response meaning your not making conscious decisions, instead your in a state of reacting to situation as opposed to logically thinking of them. So then when your back in a sense of calm you analyze your "decisions" that you've made in your heightened state.

A lot of schooling under my belt lol!

NZD/USD trade, grabbed 200points, banked 50.88 before a reversal.

Slowly and surely, I shall recover the losses, and hopefully made some additional profit. Just wait on it...

Bro, perhaps should change our trading mindset yeah. Achieving consistency for trading is far more important as it can guarantee your to achieve higher probability of success. You can do it too

The great thing that may help all of us to relax and be out of a stress is a relaxation or meditation audio records. Search for "Smiling mind" in App Store or Google Play. It is an amazing and free application. I started to look on markets different way after a month of relaxation practice and my trading results are much better. Probably it is just a coincidence, the time will tell.
