stream some movie at yify (dot) tv, sometimes I goes with anime too .
its important to keep our mind at ease, and keep watching the chart only are not good option to take.
stream some good movies before nfp release for example, are much better than lurking into FF headline with many 'disrupt' article scatter around before the news released.
im not scalper nor intraday..enjoy and having fun with my lovely family

I trade long term. so I analyze once a day for 5 minutes and if there is a set-up, then I enter my pending orders and forget it. But I do take a peek at the charts several times a day. Thx to phone apps

I can do basically everything I want while my pending orders are placed. From going to university to travelling.

Grimm? Not a fan since everything in it has already been done to death..but usually download and watch everything from penny dreadful to the rest..

I'm in general doing IM ( Internet marketing) Affiliate, CPA and such...
If you have to be watching your screens all day I sympathise with you. I was always in an office environment when I had to be at my desk all day so it was probably easier as I could chat to others, tell my mate to keep an eye out and when priced moved it was obvious as everyone became more animated. I assume you are trading from home?

It is so important to keep a clear head when trading.

Maybe work on back testing, refining your strategy, journalling, analysing charts, look for opportunities in other markets. That should keep you busy!!
I only check the market once a day for 5 minutes, searching for a profitable trade. If no trade is found, I would go with my usual. Enjoy time with friends, play basketball, watch TV series and movies and read articles on the net about sports, news, and all things I'm interested of. But once I get a trade, MAN, I'd check it every four hours, looking for chances to partially close the trade or add more volume.

I agree with that one. Looking too long leads to second thinking.
That's a given, look too long and you may even end up believing that you are an alien..
I can read the news watch some film.
I am trading on H4 too, so I have lot of time. After analyzing the market, I will spend around one hour to work on my forex blog, then will do whatever I have to do and will come back when the candle closes to check if there is any setup.
hm... mostly what i do is backtesting my system coz that hard to do while there i got position in market. Other than that, reading and reading. The reading material can be from news article to manga. Maybe do some cleaning... you know...
