Hi HP, Thanks for all your input so far, it's an education in itself reading your posts! I got +20 pips out of the move after LO on DAX, not sure where your seeing +90 though. I need to get your charts, there's more pips on them
07:06 LONG @ 420 (I'm 15m delayed remember so +15) - Gave +56
08:29 LONG @ 445 - +39. Retraced to +18 now but that gives 90 by my maths...

I really do feel like I should improve my German... My system is short on the DAX at 449 which is brave to say the least.
And doing nicely now

Off topic but I am always amazed how folks are willing to stake their monthly income on 'free stuff'. Where in the world else do you earn a top 1% national salary off stuff you get 'for free'.
There is a reason there are 3+ MILLION registered users of the Bloomberg terminal at $2,500 per month...
There are power tools in the market which are available to us sitting at our desks that put us on a level, if not on an even BETTER level than the traders at the banks, who are often strapped by corporate policy. You and I have the ability to act more intelligently and more efficiently than any time in the history of trading and to NOT use the tools (which you must pay for) is just stupid. This romantic idea that you can come into this game as a novice, read a bit and make millions is a giggle. If you are wiling to treat it like a business (pay 'rent' with your systems) then you will make money.

See I have thought many times that there are some advantages to good feeds and tools yet that are plenty of millionaires that use mt4 (even Jarret Davis).He even uses the free Bloomberg website but does have a partnership with RanSquawk if I understand right.But he is not a technical guy
But I totally agree.There is nothing wrong with paying for something that will make you money,
the tools I understand yet why the feeds are some damn costly is beyond me sometimes

My internet is down!! I feel like I'm home!! ESKOM?!? Jokes aside, BT in their wisdom are working on my local exchange so I'm offline for the moment. I'll rejoin as soon as I am able. Getting 1,000 mb Internet.... Yes, one Gig internet!!!
I'm quite happy with my 8mb line, but hey 1Gig will do.
