iI find brokers that provide 20 % bonus trading.Bonus can not be withdrawn.Arbitrage is 2 brokers with leverage equal and amount.
First broker amount 1000usd and bonus 20% =1200 usd
second broker 1000 usd and 20% bonus =1200 usd
open position max.buy in first broker and max sell position in second broker or reverse.
Anywhere market goes un account will be zero and the other one will be twice as big .
Theoretical you earn 20% anyway the market goes .
i need an expert advisor which can do this .
Thank you !
I am waiting for your reply !

I have tested several types of arbitrage and brokers combinations.
The best results were received (from best to worst)
Hedge Arbitrage http://offers.fxpartner.net/2-legs-arbitrage/
1. MT4 and FIX API broker - LMAX and any ecn broker
2. FIX API and FIX API - Lmax and CHF clearing
3. MT4 and MT4 - but both accounts with the same broker but different symbols name (EURUSD and EURUSDfx)
4. MT4 - MT4 - not profitable.
Latency arbitrage http://offers.fxpartner.net/fix-api-...development-2/
fast feed fron software provider, vps CNS (LD4) and broker instaforex Hong Kong server - 3 month no problem and no problem with withdrawal, then execution time was increased.
pepperstone - 2 weeks no problem and no problem with withdrawal, then execution time was increased
I test now 5 more brokers.

They provide live feed from 2 sources (lmax live via fix api) and cqg
I use latency arbitrage with several brokers now and performances very good.
hedge (2-legs) - works good only with 2 fix api brokers. They recommended fix api brokers with initial depo 2000 and 5000.

It is good idea to trade with other EAs for 3-4 weeks and then add arbitrage. Arbitrage trades should be 10% -20% in this case it is possible to use almost all brokers.

Can arbitrage be done manually? I know that leaves a small window, but just curious? Could anyone tell me from the list, the fastest and slowest brokers.

Thanks

Simple answer is No. But yes if you can click twice within 15 milliseconds from your computer.

Arbitrage between 2 brokers is really hard these days, because to get the price feed from fast broker is Nightmare, and even worse to find slow plugin-free brokers, and the worst happened when the broker do not pay your gained. All because the old technology do not allow retail trader to do so.
To do Latency Arbitrage, you need at least 1-30 seconds lag time of price feed, which in the past was available only to Fund Managing Firms only (big guys), and that's where the real money is. So out off the box, quit using the noob tech, it's impossible. Look for next generation financial Tech, if you insist to speculate.

Ok, this is easy set up 1 account with one broker and another 1 with another. Lets say you are trading GBB/JPY, you sell GBY with one broker and buy JPY with the other. Right the numbers, you need to calculate GBP into JPY and calculate how much you want to trade with, I would suggest you trade on a minimum 3 months expiry option so it gives time for the market to move, once in profit close and start again, otherwise you will pay the swap if you trade a daily option.
Plan, Patience, Profit

Hi, to know which is the fastest broker you need to understand that the feed come from major banks mostly from UK and NY market as

  1. LMAX (UK)
  2. FXCM Bank feed (US)
  3. Rithmic (UK) Rithmic (US)
  4. EUREX (UK)
  5. CQG (US)
  6. Bank feed ES (UK)

Upon price volatility at certain part of economy and news, the fastest feed changes among them (if anyone can think of other faster feeds please add). So specific with just one feed may not be a good choice for long term trade. Plus, most of time MT4 platform is slower than API feed.
My experiment is uploaded on MQL5 website. I just started not long ago https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/296234#!tab=history (PLEASE NOTE, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE THE SIGNAL, IT WILL NOT WORK OUT FOR YOU, SIGNAL IS ONLY TO HAVE VERIFIED TEST RESULT).

Hi fteller, you seems to know the arbitrage strategy, could you let me know why 2 leg arbitrage doesnt work well mt4-mt4?
i have tried bjf 1 leg arbitrage, it doesnt go well because sometimes, the slow feed broker does not follow the fast feed broker. So even there are difference between the 2 brokers, the slow feed broker enter positions, but might went different directions.
