Disliked{quote} I have my old Explorer which I'll use. I've been testng some stuff on it so ignore anything on there and the clock starts tomorrow for me.Ignored
Disliked{quote} TimTheTrader, I would love for you to succeed,,, no question about that. And you will get my applause if and when it happens. Its just your unsubstantiated claims that I challenge. You shouldn't be claiming consistent profits with only 24 trades to show. Now, if you had 1000 trades, say, and got 600, or,700 winners then yes, you can claim consistent profits. So all you have as of now, is some good trades. Claiming to be second to none in trading ,,,,,lol,,, that was a joke wasn't it? Forex God? Where do get these names from? I don't need...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I am all about quality, not quantity of trades. Being able to make a total of 48.8% return from only 24 trades is what I consider to be successful and it is something that not many can achieve, especially for someone who has only studied FOREX for seven months. Traders who are at advanced level achieve these kind of results , so I think I am in the position to call myself a successful trader. I went onto your thread, and I took one glance at it for five seconds and closed it because all I saw was charts. Everyone can post up charts, but...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Here's the thing TTT I don't have a need to be taken seriously. I need nothing from anyone. I don't need to sentionalise my thread to attract an audience. I have nothing to prove to anyone. You come on here,,,, bragging about being a Forex God ,,,, making unsubstantiated claims with 24 miserable trades? Really? Well my Explorer is up. I'll leave it up for a few weeks. Look at it. Don't look at it. Again. I don't need luckIgnored
Disliked{quote} You don't have anything to prove because you have no goals. Bragging you say? I like to call it self-praise, and after smashing targets I set for myself, I thought I would treat myself to some self-praise. My thread is for my personal use, not yours. I am not your friend, I don't have your best interest at heart. I never invited you to come here you done that for yourself, maybe to see what a successful trader looks like. I told you to start a trade explorer, and you went ahead and done just that, nice of you to listen to the advice I gave...Ignored
DislikedTook a small loss of -4.00 (-0.6%) for the start of the week. Always seem to make losses only on Mondays lol. Well that's no more trading for me today, shall wait until tomorrow. Account now stands at 740.09 EDIT: Going away for the whole week. Decided to take a break from trading since I have been working so hard to get to where I am. I have managed to have nearly doubled my account within a month with a starting balance of 500.00.Most newbie traders would have probably blown their account in the first week, but me, I have done the complete opposite,...Ignored

Disliked{quote} errr,,,,, I don't think so sunshine. See you have already failed the first test by not keeping your emotions in check. Just because you had a good week doesn't make you a good trader or even guarantee that these results will be repeated. As for your thread title,,,,, the question is not can you turn 500 into 1 million . The question should be how long will it take you to turn 500 into 1 million. If it takes you 10 years then you're no Forex God,,,,,, if it takes you 6 months to 1 year then I will applaud you.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hey! Even if anyone takes 10 years to convert 500 Pounds into 1 million Pounds, that person will be a genius. Why? Simple math: 199900% increase; Which is an increase of about 19990% per year; Or an increase of about 54% per day; Or an increase of about 2.28% per hour; Or an increase of about 0.038% per minute; Or an increase of about 0.00063% per second. How much does your bank pay YEARLY on the money you deposit in your account (or in a savings deposit)? My point exactly. So... even if Tim is able to convert his 500 Pounds into 1 million...Ignored
Disliked{quote} well, your math is not totally right. indeed it would need an annually ~114% return to turn 500 into 1 m into 10 years. but of course still a great performance. i think at the end the time is not too important (everything <50years is great)Ignored

Disliked{quote} You made big mistake! Look: 500 * X^10= 1000000 X^10=2000 X=2,1385 (which means, 1+113,85% increase a year) It's about 113,85% profit a year to make 1000000 in 10 years from 500 pounds.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Percentage change calculation: [(1,000,000 - 500)/500] * 100 = [999,500/500] * 100 = 199,900% in 10 years. 199,000% / 10 = 19,900% per year. Taking 365 days in one year (as bank deposits do instead of taking number of business/trading days): 19,900% / 365 = 54.52% per day. Taking 24 hours per day: 54.52% / 24 = 2.27% per hour Taking 60 minutes per hour: 2.27% / 60 = 0.038% Taking 60 seconds per minute: 0.038% / 60 = 0.00063% per second. Still think the above calculation is wrong?Ignored

Disliked{quote} Your math, is very weak. I hope, you trade better. From 500 to 1 million, in ten years, you must have a profit of 113,85% per year. {image}Ignored
