is it true that Skrill donest allow to withdraw more then deposit?

i didnt see the calculator in skrill and unable to check their exchange rate. But on Neteller, i make a round trip of deposit and withdraw from my local currency to USD, and found out... that the round trip currency exchange spread is as high as 8% not to mention 4.95% deposit fee. so total can be 12.95%, not as cost effective as i thought. anyone could post Skrill deposit fee and round trip exchange spread in %?
see the pic, it said 1% with skrill fee, as 2% while using neteller. and never know it will cost capped at 12% in total based on your post.
well actually it also depend on your local bank fee, skrill fee are minimum 1%, capped max at 10 USD, while local bank also had their own rule about the incoming cash flow, for example I use my primary bank without thinking their fee, but then I realize it's cost me 30 USD for each transaction comes from my skrill, but then some trader suggest they use different bank account which only cost 5$, which means 5$ + 10$ (max total fee, in case I cash out 10k from skrill).
well, I'm not found any client issue while using neteller with them, but for me it seem cost me a bit higher than skrill fee
, beside most brokers already coverage up deposit fee, and even the wd fee, but the problem is our epayment had their own fee, and our bank account, go check with your local bank account fee related to incoming oversees fund transfer such skrill, neteller.
