those flu capsules I took last night kept me lying in bed and looking at the ceiling till around 5 am when I fell asleep. The caffeine in them must be very,very strong. I am going to take another dose of 2 capsules now and see what happens. K, talking about internet connection, I had 2 severe ones in a week where I lost connection for 8 hours and one night thru'..I am on Sky which took over O2 (originally)

yuck! I hate medicines
Its really wierd,,,, I have not experienced disconnections from the internet in a long time,,,, I hope this does not become the norm.

you don't need to queue to buy £..I think Ms Pound has a date in the 55s' She's been flashing her legs on 5/15 min tf and got me buying

£ hasn't moved much since I logged off. Log on a few mins ago and took a long trade on oil using 5 min
