Just saw gold, it helps to put a smile back...and also oil..scaling started

took 1/2 out on gold and had taken fully one position out on oil to more than cover earlier losses on oil

K, can you recommend something for a bad cough and a sore throat..must have caught a virus or something

hot water , honey, fresh lemon juice and crushed ginger if you have it take some paracetamol too,,,,,

I was just sucking a strepsil awhile ago. I do have all of those except paracetamol. I will do that now with fresh lemon as I do not have lemon juice. I have orange juice though

hope it gets past the 200 ema on H1 which is almost at the same position as on H4. I had taken some out at this level but hope to see it lower

Medicines are only man's synthesized (that's synthesised Kelly ) versions of nature anyway pips. Any citrus will do.

I can't find the lemon..must have gone in the bin, so what I made was crushed ginger and honey in warm water. If rum is good I shall put some in

just saw price broke thru' the 200 ema on both H1 and H4 on oil. another 100 pips or more should be coming

H1 $ coming back to supply and this time will probably break above..someone once said a supply area that get tested several times will weaken it. If price breaks above it not only break this level but the 200 ema as well..Candle not close yet
