There are only few as far as I know. I think Zulu trade is one
But forums looks better than chatrooms.

Yes that will be a good thing but most people are not active in char groups.And you can make one free IRC or skype chat group simple as that.

I know a good chat room, but they also run promotional offers and basically signals, so I wont post website here.
I am smart than average trader, I simply copy the best.

chartrooms discussions are usually poorly analysed . It will be better to visit some analysis sites.

Well, that is the purpose of the most forums,discussions rooms, etc. You cannot stop that. Nothing is free
