Wow, I don't know why they moved it to commercial but that means I can FINALLY reply to it, since they made me a commercial member some months ago. If they did it because of my dashboard, that is not correct; that is my creation for this system but is not connected or associated with Udine. I don't think you lose anything by having a topic in Commercial. At least they didn't try to make his account Commercial because he is not selling anything. Hmmm, I wonder if he can still edit Post 1?

Hi, hope you're still here, now that I can reply again. I'm looking at your trades and there are 1 or 2 things I don't quite understand. Some trades you exit at the close of the candle for a small loss even though neither high or low hit the -10 or +5. Do you automatically close the trade if the candle you open the trade on, closes the wrong color, such as green for a short trade? Thanks. I'm planning to add your options to my dashboard and EAs.

Hi Eric,

Yelena posted a summary table for her three weeks of testing. In that post she noted that some of the trades were incorrectly exited at the close of the entry candle without having first touched -10 or+5 to enable the exit. She said the profits would have been higher if she had exited correctly.

I'm questioning the -16 GU trade. Unless I am misunderstanding the entry rules, that trade should not have been taken. Yes the H1 was Green at the moment of entry BUT the previous closed M15 candle would make the H1 Red, and the H1 never CLOSED green, always red. Comments from Yelena or anyone else trying her variation.

Given my understanding of the rules, I would have taken the trade exactly as Yelena did. I see it as a valid entry.

As for referencing a previous M15 candle, I understood Yelena to say this only applies the the final M15 candle of the previous hour, when preparing to place a pending order at the open of the new hour. She said the last M15 of the previous hour can be either color, as long as it did not change the color of the prevous H1 candle. If it did change the color of the previous H1, then no trade would be taken on the first M15 candle of the new hour.

Personally, I don't see the necessity of this rule as it is infrequent that the final M15 candle will change the color of the H1. In order for that to happen, the open and close of the M15 candle would have to straddle the open of the H1. As I said, this is infrequent, and the few times I see it on the chart I don't see any major impact of the next trade.

But I could be completely wrong in my understanding, Eric. Since we're unlikely to hear from Yelena, I like to know where you found it written that this is against the rules, so I can study it for myself.

Here I have compiled all the posts by her I could find and I have summarized the rules at the top that I found throughout her posts. Both #2 and #7 say the M15 must close. After the first M15 candle in this trade, H1 was Red, therefore not the same direction as D1. She did not wait for the second M15 candle to close green so it would agree with D1, and this candle did not; it closed Red. So by the rules this particular trade should not have been taken, but this may be the only one I've seen. I need to study all of her trade examples.

I had to remove all the pictures from this doc to post it because the security scan would never seem to finish.

WOW!.......... the 00 thread turning commercial....

What a shame to see that happen.... because as I can clearly see the thread is likely to be bombarded with numerous commercial products (especially the one offering multiple EA's by "spamming" the thread) which might be fair ground now that this thread is commercial....hmmm

Good luck to everyone and lets hope it makes its way back into the trading systems section where it belongs.

Oh well...........onward and upward as they say.
