When Monthly Trend Up, Weekly Up, Daily Up and H4 Up...I though we should wait for H4 OS and IH OS to plan for Buy?
EURUSD
Both the weekly and monthly Oscilators are OS, and or turning bullish...who will dare to go long????

Good question Jani. I thought GbpCad from that post would be a buy after maybe the hourly goes OS or like Jani said both H4 and H1 to go OS? Looks like everything is up?

Well if they do leave, probably eur will bounce back...remember, "sell on the rumour, buy on the news"...won´t happen tomorrow though...

See what I mean, the picture says sell but trading the CAD involves paying attention to crude oil. Oil dropped GBP continued up.

Don't know if that applies here. Greece leaving will create much greater pressure downward as Italy and Spain start asking questions. The way i'm seeing it, price action is giving us hints that there is more potential for downside than upside. This is where Oscillators can really murder you if you are a slave to them. IMO Keep your stops tights if your trading EUR pairs.

Notice how this trade wouldn't have come near the original TP and you would either be stopped out, or now facing large losses. If this trade was profitable, you had to be on your toes to close the trade because it reversed a few hours later. The oscillators are there to aid you in trading, that's the point of this thread. Investing101 says in the 2nd paragraph, "after sleepless nights and days of watching price action." This is key, the PA in this chart wouldn't have told you to go short because it's basically an extended bull flag formation with lower highs meaning that there is pressure building to the upside, which is exactly what ended up happening after a short bear trap.

I took the opposite trade and shorted the EURGBP and ended up with this. Notice the bear flag formation with a nice textbook pinbar reversal a few hours back. All of these are clues pointing to the future price movement.

So my earlier texbook observation on oscillator Weekly and Monthly trend is up and that we need to wait for H4 and H1 OS to buy is a fair assumption right ?

More clear rules for this thread must be made, otherwise is confusing to new folks who want to learn.

You are saying not to trade against MN stochastic direction, cause this is the "trend". Stochastic does not show trend direction, it just shows movement of price in the near past. In the example on page2 you give a simple template how to trade this system, but highest TF you follow is Daily, not Weekly or MN...
Does anyone know of an indicator that clearly displays a comparison between price movement and stochastic oscillator movement?
