Clearly the two posters are only on ForexFactory to bash Pepper. So any words you or others say toward them aren't gonna change their motives.

its subtle but you'll notice it if you put them side by side, especially during the news, its really obvious on M1 chart.

it may seem like nothing but those small differences could trigger indicator/EA and basically give false signals. this could also trigger some really tight pending orders/SL

That's generally the case for all brokers. Demo vs Live on any given EA will be similar, but never exactly the same. It's always a good idea to test EAs with small lot sizes in live to get an idea of how a given broker and quote feed handles it.

That being said, Pepper puts more into their live environment, which has multiple MT4 servers, than their demo server.. I'd consider the demo a good tool for learning MT4 and non-tick-sensitive practice / testing, but as mentioned, you'd want to use a live account to get an idea of how Pepper handles trades.

After all, the best demo server in the world still isn't getting fill and price confirmations from the live market.
