Yes this has a long evolution to it and newcomers can be confused. However, if you go to page one and get the PDF and start readjng the PDF from page 21 you will get the gist of the current trading process.
Its amazing to see how people screw the whole system after all..
Its a waist of time to read further in this thread after the publishing of John Edwards last publishing system v3.1 and v3.2 on page 125(except for the changes made in version 3.12)..
Its a shame that the indicators he used are so poorly documentaded as well. You have realy now idea whats going on untill you try to understand the code inside. No notes in the codes as well and I'm not much of a programmer so understand little..
This chart looks congested at first but watch how there is a high probability cross of the green TENKAN SEN above the white KIJUN SEN at the yellow arrow. It than rises through the gray 30 minute time zone spans A and B but takes its time. It hesitates at the red Senkou Span A (dashes) of the 240 minute. It crosses after some hour hesitation at the 60 minute green thick Senkou Span A. It than jumps to the red thick Senkou Span A of the 240 minute time zone. After several hours it breaks through until price finally exhaust itself. It than is falling...

Normally I do not have issues with loading templates, indicators, experts, etc, but for the life of me I can not figure out why the ribbons will not display. See the included screenshot for what I am seeing.

If you use templates from the 1st post , it is not Ribbon V.6.
Have you try to load kino_T3MA ribbon filled_v6.mq4 from the link above on your new blank chart?
i read and try again and again .. but ribbons r not showing at my chart .. my chart is also showing simple ..as ron 3226.... said .. no error no fault.. may be becoz MT4 has news version in last5-6 years ? any body can help us ?

1. Do you use the ribbon version 6 ? ('kino_T3MA ribbon filled_v6.mq4')
Have you ever try to load only the Ribbon on the clean chart ?
If not , please do some test using the attached, it 's working properly for me. And let me know the result. You can post some screen shot on the Thread.
2. I had used this system on some brokers ie. Instraforex and now I can use it on FXOpen Build 765 (12Dec2014). What are the brokers you have tried ?

Some of the old indicators posted on first page do not work as Metaquotes has released many newer versions of Metatrader 4. They might have to be compiled using old metaeditor version. I just learned about this after Dirk told me about it.

Hey Bull,
I kinda use the system with a few modifications.
I still use the ribbons and the CCI setting 170/34, but that is all I am using from this system. I also trade on the 5 min. Although, I check the 1min, 15min, 30min and 1h timeframe to determine the trend. The ribbons actually only for support and resistance.
I went through the FF forums and found a few interesting setups.

Right. I still could not figure out the braintrend4sig.mq4....I cant seems to load this indicator. I even copied the priceseries indicator to the include folder and it still does not work. When I hit compile, it shows lots of errors.. I tried braintrend3sig, braintrend4sig and still the same.

Hey,
go to this site and download the compiler. I have the same. Most old indicators, you have to compile with that compiler.
I'm new to forex trading and I think scalping suits best my personality. Can you please point me to a thread for a scalping system that has a good success rate? Thanks in advance.
