Why am I getting USDCAD offquotes? It hasn't been working for nearly an hour!
I've been thinking of opening an account with you guys (primarily because of the tight spread on Oil & local transfer option) but have been reluctant seeing complaints about Off-Quotes & Requotes issues; I've personally seen your demo often freezes during news releases.......
As you can see, my Trade Explorer Demo is with you guys & I can actually make some decent risk-adjusted returns, so I'd be really pissed if some of these issues were to come up on a live account & that thought is what stops me from opening a live account with Exness.......
I know you'll probably offer up some excuse like "there was a technical problem & now, we've resolved it", "it doesn't happen on live accounts", etc but it shouldn't really be happening on a demo either, otherwise what's the point of the demo anyway? What if a trader misses out on good trading opportunities because of such issues?
Not being able to open a position on a pair like USDCAD during normal market conditions on a demo doesn't really inspire much confidence about the broker, does it?
