Hello

I heard about theres sites or s/w that can test your strategie and give you percentage. ex: 60% works

any idea?

You really need to RTFM :-)

Metatrader is one of these software, but there are a big number of them.
If you gonna trade forex probably Metatrader is the right start.

Quite a bit actually. Check out Amibroker, Tradestation, Metatrader to start.

It is not a simple task. Many softwares require you to posess the knowledge of programming languages. Maybe Wealth Lab Developer with it's system-wizard is a good way to start. But that doesn't guaranty any positive results, there a lot of pitfalls.
