You would probably have to leg in to get that for zero... Especially on Jun options.

yeah had to look twice at what I did rolled it for Friday for total of 33c just in time,

betting on a early Friday big bad bear to set the tone for 2015 in 9 trading days we haven't been able to test no where near the high set two weeks ago that tells me something, I know volumes light but we did have some time just before xmas

yeah, or bump it up a little. I also have UUP Mar/Jun $26 call calendars - filled at the $0.06 mid in minutes on one account, waiting waiting on others

For more bullishness SPX needs to break that channel (and IWM to go decisively over $121, IMO).
But, more likely, it will first go down a bit, and then up again. It will provide short term opps for shorting a bit, but I expect higher highs in first quarter of 2015.
Jawboning is powerful thing, and market tends to digest that for a very long time. Just look at Gold bull run. And then it ends.

What $26 for UUP means for EUR/USD?

that's all i want that short term fill of 202 gap area in the spy for starters then the fake up move to get then the last bull runners

If I would be a contrarian premium seller, which I am (for most of the time) not... I would probably sell TWTR puts.

After all that insider trading:
Via Rule 10b5-1 trading plans, seven Twitter insiders unloaded 1.18M shares from Dec. 1-23 at an average price of $37.99, observes Barron's.

Stock went down, IV high... this could be a future take-over candidate... M-cap under Instagram. Stock is trading around $36 now, so break-even with selling a Feb6 30 put for $0.81 credit would be 19% bellow current price. Low margin req, efficient trade, IMO.

Bid/ask for this weekly options are very large, but you can get fill at midpoint in a second. OR one could do regular Feb monthlies with 51 DTE for 0.95 credit.
So, on one hand there is options with 37 DTE and $0.81 credit, and 51 DTE for $0.95 credit (and off course a 2c bid/ask spread).

There's not a cut/dry answer, since UUP is based on aggregate futures values. UUP was at $26 back in Jan/Feb 2009, when fiber was $1.25 or so, but the yen was much higher then. Anyway, if the euro and yen keep falling, we will get to UUP $26 in Q1 2015 - that's my bet, anyway....

how much lower can oil go? Feb/Mar USO $18/$17 risks $0.04 to cover downside down to near $17 until Feb opex. Max P is $0.39 if you're @ $18.25 on expiration day. That's your lotto moment. But the trade is in profit between $17 - $22 at expiry, m/l... If oil bounces a bit in the next few days you might get in this diag for even less...
