Trading is not that hard, but I get bored

hi every one

every some time you see me asking silly Q like this one

i feel that trading not much hard but i really get bored if i trade for a day or more

understanding that every position have to results only (TP/SL) but i feel bored waiting for a good trade show up

i try to remember my goals and my future targets but still no use

any one like me
The only waiting I do is for my trade to work out. Get a hobby or something.
I think it's great that you're bored.

As for what to do with the boredom, the internet is your oyster. You could help other traders by writing about your experiences or mentoring?

I've been learning some programming languages lately in my spare time and have really enjoyed it, you could try that too?
it is not easy for all. when you take profit you will not bore. i think you spend over time in this market. you can try with this way. when you open position. you set SL & PT . you will work other or relax with your friend, family. you will see it faster
If you can code your entry criteria using a EA, then you won't get bored waiting for a good trade.
best trades last 10 mins max. You are not bored. You are lazy.
A trade should be based on an assumption based on facts

i tried to learn a programming last year but i think i didn't made to be a programmer and will think about something to enjoy it while i wait for a good trades

i use SL ans TP on all my trades but the problem that i face is waiting for a trade to start

normally if i set in my chair for more than 30min without finding a good positions i start playing around

i think as the last guy he said (am lazy)

i believe that EA can help but the eye of a trader can identify a good trades with help of indicators
i dont use 100% indicators and still didnt know how to use only indicators
most of the time you can see that the price changing it way but the indicator will wait until you loss most of your profits till close the position.

i use 50% indicator and 50% my eyes.

while your bored just take a few minutes every so often to think of the other 95% even more bored, that are n't watching tv, listening to music or browsing the internet
but doing normal jobs, and then have to take the really boring trip home through the rush hr

I will ask you this, how much you are expecting to profit from this market? (weekly/monthly targets in %). I am assuming you began with a small amount and you are very careful about the leverage so your profits are very small to you. Leveraging will get some adrenaline but this is not what I am suggesting at all. For how long have you been trading?

Good trading SHOULD be boring because it should be fairly rote and easy on your heart unless you are over leveraged. Sounds like you might need a gambling fix. If so, just have two accounts, one for the boring profitable trades and one with fun money for the over-leveraged butt-puckering trades that will inevitably lead to loss but might in the meantime satisfy your need for those occasional gambling windfalls. I've been there many times.

i was stock trader for 4 years and since last year i enter forex market and i can till you that for a normal guy am in good position

i am about 3% to 5% per day still didnt start trading in one strategy a a lot of reasons
and am not a guy who over leverage his trades normall i stop loss on 3%

like the idea about gambling but it is forbidden in my religion ,,,, but i can risk more in one trade like 10% or 7% so i pump some adrenalin in the system.

Since trading is not hard for you, you must be making a lot of money out of forex. But I agree that it is a boring game, especially the HG methods that generate money are very boring. I have these three suggestions for you and since you seem to be a logical person, sure will consider all these three:

1. Hire a person who can identify setups you have to wait for. I did the same, but you have to thoroughly train that person before giving him/her the job. Now you will have time for more important things.
2. The first important thing is to hire a professional to get a 2-hour Thai Massage after every 1H bar close. It will be even better if you get this massage just after 1H bar close and also at the next 1H bar open.
3. Hire another professional who gives you BJ after every 15M bar close. Also thoroughly train that professional before giving her the job.

Well I have at times felt myself getting bored too - mind you, these are rarer occasions. However, that's precisely when the markets serve up a nice kick in the rear that gets me moving again!
