Hi!

I'm Alber and I've been following the thread since the very beggining and I really like it but I wanted to give it some time and try...

After seeing a lot of charts here I put everything on the MT the past week. I've been reading the systems the others traders are trying too.

After all I'm using Renko with some indicators and a little system that I'm developing.

I really want to warn that some of the indicators that i'm using are Clive's indicators! (The 100lwma, the CCI indicator and the Top 8 Trenders) (@clivepackham)

And I also have to say that "my system" is very similar to Clive's system. This is because of the use of the same indicators and because I've read the way he trades and in my opinion it's really good.

Well, coming to the point, this is how I think it should be traded the GBP/JPY today. (The reason is that it has been the top 2 trender in 5 mins charts)

There are two images because in one of them are the "Risky entries" and in the other one there are the "Safer entries". Of course trade every entry or just the safer ones are totally up to you.

And for the moment I won't explain anything more because I think that all is explained on the own charts but if someone have any doubt or something just tell me

This is what I was trying out this morning. Very simple HH HL method. I was on demo and just playing, but I believe that "Clivepackham" and certainly "Vantage" have much more experience with the HH HL method than I do. But ultimately, Jaquemate is leading the way here and he certainly has much more experience with Renko bars than I do.

Hey guys,

Do you apply something special to your charts after adding HA? Because my chart shows the renko bars behind the HA bars by default. Please look at the image, greens, whites, reds they're all mixed up.

Under "Inputs"
Set your brick size.
choose your offline chart if it is your first set to "2".
click OK. If every thing is correct look in the top RH corner, the expert should be smiling, if not you are buggered.

Open your offline chart, apply template if you have one, and make pips.

If any one wants it here is an updated RENKO indi, supposedly updated and slimlined to work with MT4 V700 upwards. Seems to have an extra feature, i know nothing about.

Go to "Charts" go to "Foreground Chart" click on it.

The first trade you took ? for 20 pips i dont get that one why ? second one also for 9 pips ? based on what ? then you manage to ignore some red bars that would be losers i think then you take another buy trade ? i cant see this based on HH HL or the opposite ?

Renko is the best indicator that we can get, since we trade price and not time

I use the renko bars in addition with the ichimoku here is a pic from the nr.1 of todays top trender indicator from cliv (Thank you very much for this priceless indy)

In that chart I use the MeanRenkobars 10 pips brick size.

If you know ichi very good you can see in 2 seconds if the pair is trending or ranging.

Jaquemate are you using the normal Heiken Ashi or are you using the Heiken Ashi smoothed?

Basic & simple. Very easy to interpret & with the Heiken overlay, super cool to use.
Also, I don't see the need for ANY other indicators with this system.

Hi great thread and very clean charts. Thank you for all for contributing. Can I ask either Jaquemate, KiwiOz or anyone else to upload a template for the charts they use....or of possible o make a quick video..it would be greatly appreciated.
