Thank you very much Clivepackham! I've done that and obviously they refresh but now, when I close and re-open MT4 they start refreshing just pressing F5 (Right Click on the chart -> Refresh) and of course, when I wrote the first message, the F5 trick didn't work hahaha. I don't know why has happened this but if someone else has the same problem, try it!!

Maybe the next week I'll be here posting some of my ideas about the Renko. I want to backtest it a lot during the weekend!

Hi All,
Almost all renko builder program (EA/Indicator/Script) has problem with wick due to their read-write process and emulating online chart from offline chart.
so if you don't really need wick in your trading system using renko, you can turn it off..

Expert type renko builder program, only active when market open because 'she' need real time incoming tick to work. so you can't use it during week end.
Indicator type renko builder program can work in week end.

Any renko builder program without price anchor / starting price, will repaint when you refresh your MT4 platform.

Use higher TF candlestick chart as your base chart (data feeding chart) for your offline renko chart will give you more wider 'blind range'. so i suggest always use M1 candlestick chart as your base chart.

Your Expert type renko builder program here with ver. 3.4 is old one and maybe not fully compatible with MT4 build 745.
If I'm not wrong the newest is ver. 4.3 pimped.

If you wanna try Indicator type renko builder program you can download it from my ARTS thread Post 1 with code b700+ in 'her' name as my latest version of renko builder program that already compatible with MT4 build 745.

If You use my Renko Builder Indicator, and want to create standard renko, just simply set the shift percentage to 100%.
There's a lot of options in my renko Builder Indicator so, please read the explanation carefully.

Ok mate:

My idea is no give you an entry system. My ideas is explain that market movements really are so simple and you can take advantagr of they looking a naked chart and taking the big picture how reference.

In a 5 renko bar stop can be 10-15 pips. You can close a trade when a renko is against you and close the trade in BE or with -10. I like wait to renko against me but waiting to heicken ashi against me too. These are -15 in worst case.

Another option is to put a stop below/above the previous lower low/higher high leaving a bit space.

If you are infront screen and a sudden rally go against you then close fast the trade.

If not you must put on the stop order always.

But really stop is not the most important point. The most important is to look to the big picture and take low risk entries agree with daily-weekly-monthly trend...

If Price go against you then CUT CUT CUT fast the loss.

But if the "luck" is with you and only one position can survive for one or two days.... This position could give you a higher R:R that cover 10-20-50.... bit loss.

This is i looking for.

For the target i cant say anyone that you must be take on profit.

The target is very personal. Your Money Management is the key for it.

If i say you that you wait for a +1000 pips trade.... Can you wait?.... May be yes or may be no.

Most traders want daily profit and no everyone can wait for days, weeks or months to gain money. Is very hard to see how a trade go +250 for you and some days after close at BE. No everyone is ready for this.

For me, the perfect way is to found the equilibrium between largesssssss profit in médium-long time but taking partial profits that replenish your account balance.

When a trader found this..... is ready to make money consistenly cause detect Price movements om the long time is so simple.

There are a lot of ways for take partial profit..... fixed pips based on stadistic..... take profit at supports&resistence levels...... daily-weekly-monthly pivots, round numbers, Fibonacci.

But this the only one point that is very very very personal and every trade must discover byself.

I answer in another post to this. This explorer work for me for probe and test diferents throughts.... ideas.....
I no need to hidden it......
Some times i forgot close a position cause i dont have time with my job and trading real.....
If you look at explorer allllll profit go down by only a couple of trades after go up.... then go downn.... Is not important.

But if people think it demostrate anything. Ok. people are free and i dont selling nothing.

I dont go to close explorer cause sometimes is useful for me. Thats all.

I use a 100lwma setting in my MA in Color indicator but all my indicators etc can be found at my thread here http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...29#post7757229

But just for peace of mind I will post all the indicators I used on those charts here and this is my renko settings running on a 1 minute chart...

Hi everyone:

Heres the only one trade i was take today. Selling AudUsd.
Stop at -15 + spread.
Close 1/2 position at:
Level Target1:
Option1: +20 pips at round number (for intraday or conservative traders).
Or...
Option2: +70 pips at ADR.
Or...
Option3: +100 pips at Daily Range Low. (Mine)

Move Stop to BE at Target1. I dont use trailing stop.

first of all thanks for sharing your strategy that I find very interesting and I'm trying to follow it properly (i'm a newbie here!).
introduced me to renkochart which is new to me...
now, oK,
following your reasoning on audusd this morning (I did not enter because of course I was in late),
looking at the daily chart, the trend is short. but the last two bars, with HA, mark a possible pullback. knowing that the trend is short, on the graph renko just looking for short breakout positions.
but according to what you said recently, if we are in the process of pullback, why you have tried to open (position still winning) on a phase pulback not ended yet?
I agree you can find on the search for a short position on eurusd, and I think it might be interesting to break level zone 1.235

thanks again for the ideas of study you're giving...and sorry for my english.

Im looking for sell in both pairs cause for me weekly trend is down and daily trend is down in AUDUSD and in EURUSD last H1 heicken ashi bar was down.
