He got caught breaking their rules (it's their playing field and their ball and he signed up to their rules) and he paid the price.

Treat it as cheap lesson not to break bucket shop rules if you want to trade with them, although as others have posted with that a/c size why don't you move away from them - unless of course you rely on the price latency for your start ?

Stop crying about it and move on...

This should be obvious but a market maker takes the other side of your trade and doesn't match it with a clients or send to liquidity pools. Why would anyone be in the business of market making UNLESS they had extemely horrible traders?

So this is the business they are in? Anyone can trade institutionally, it's not expensive to become incorporated.

I don't see why anyone outside US would use a US retail broker when you have an abundance of true ECN brokers you can work with

If he broke their terms and conditions then they should cancel his winnings AND his losses. That is fair. I ask you, whats the bet if he broke their rules but lost, this would not be a problem?
