Crosses are tearing again... EUR and GBP down. I can't help but feel... lots of robot trading, look at the mess the prices are producing. Never had this when I last traded years ago.

Shouldn't have cut my losses, went against my conviction of what prices were going to do and paid the price. Being nimble is tough.

esp on jerk days?
what nimble you talking? you had all the chance.
what flow? only can flow 1 way?

Dance for today. Overall... down 0.1% for the day which isn't too bad considering how poorly I traded.

I cut because I thought the market was going up instead of ranging. After I made that realisation, I started making some money. Took some leverage to claw my way back quicker which I would imagine is against MO and a big no no, but I felt it necessary to get back in the game. the final two trades were a bit better.

Btw What do you mean by jerk days?

I did have something in mind in relation to it being tough to be nimble but I forgot what I was thinking at the time of writing.

1 yoyo wanted be hero and no one wants challege him yet. until can find reasons do so.
so let float at 30/50 until have reason.
no point get in a dogfight for nothing.
I feeling lots air pockets everywhere already, and air is getting thinner as we approach target.

if yu learn from the experience and re-balance base and skews, you may find the sweet spots for you.
here is better, if we plunge have more space. instead of panic free fall.

Whole world is expecting the free fall, but really no one knows. and i not like gamble.
may place scouts if i cannot stand the itch.......small small .
but i won't preamp what i might do, depends on my itch.

best strategy is wait. now trying spot where the lift points. When not on oreder books normally is blind as a bat.
only if can get feel. no harm trying. very very very small if have foreign cap. Any unplesantness just pull plug.This year me not sexy.so i prefer sit on my hands for now.

may i suggest that for own security reasons that you black out your account number.

i see you use bright colours for your candles on a dark background, i used to do that as well, i noticed i could see what was going on much better if i use dull colours, i think the brightness of the big candles had to much glare and distracted my eye away from what i thought i was looking at, just a thought you may or may not want to consider, it definitely makes a difference for me.

here is what i use now, but you may prefer something different, i tried many dull colour combinations before i came up with this one.

Hi Fti

i saw something on tv a while ago about how colour affect your mood and the same thing in different colours can affect your perception of it, that was what got me thinking about colours in my trading.

Thanks for chart. Some of my thoughts for me as well as you:

  1. We were forewarned re PA so difficult terrain
  2. Look left - rangey - mountains and valleys tough - snipers can hide anywhere they want - all those candles inside outer candles - 12 candles covered more ground down than how many? - so where is push to go south here?
  3. Go to m15/h1 have a look too - interesting
  4. Time of day - upmove when do those East End boys come and get their morning coffee - where are sitting ducks - good for rescue?
  5. You learn a lot today and thanks to you me too

Oil is weak, may not be to commodities.
