AccountBalance in visual backtester

I haven't used mql4/5 for a long time and wanted to write an indicator to show me the AccountBalance and AccountEquity in visual back testing mode a little bit more detailed than the final statement can. Accessing the balance and equity in the ea itself works flawlessly but once I add an indicator to the chart it takes the account balance of the real account not of the account being back tested at the moment. Is there an easy way I can access the account balance of an account in the back tester from an indicator or do I have to work with global variables.

I think that what you are experiencing is due to a MT4 bug with new build. Are you using 711 ?

Yes I am using build 711.
I had a feeling that similar code used to work in the past. I will just swap to an older platform for the moment.

Yes build 711 is the worse build since MT4 exist ...
